She should have recused herself when she was nominated to try this case. How could justice be served when the defendant is also the person who appointed you. This woman is unfit to be a judge.
Well, there's a kind of luck of the draw, roulette approach to having judges assigned to cases, and it's difficult to force a recusal. This was an unlucky throw of the dice for justice. This woman is clearly going out of her way to help Trump and proving how little experience she has with situations like this. But she's made so many egregious mistakes that she HOPEFULLY will get booted for the worst of them.
That's why he chose her.

If this judge permits him to continue to violate court orders, with no repercussions, it will set a horrible precedent in the future cases, mostly for him, but also for society as a whole, who are watching this trainwreck. I know this is a lot of pressure on these judges, but it's their job.
Note that over the NY Fraud trial's first few weeks, Engoron fined Trump $15,000 for violating the gag order. Though I'd have preferred some jail time.

I'm so damn happy Jack is finally prepared to take this above Cannon's head. I've been waiting on this. We all have, atleast those of us who value democracy and the rule of law. I think the appeals court is ready for it, and wondering what's taking Jack so long. Jack must have the patience of a saint. The constant chaos, and then threats, in addition to the chaos, would be emotionally exhausting. Jack will be overdue and deserving of a vacation and a huge promotion, when this clownshow is over.

Judge Cannon is correct on the law and is making sound rulings. Jack Smiths attempt to use the Espionage Act is silly since that law does not apply to the president. He has knowledge of secrets and can keep classified materials. Hillary and Biden are guilty of violating this law but Smith isn't interested in going after them. Selective prosecution.

"We the People" are the injured party in the stolen documents case. And a remedy to that Injury is being obstructed by Judge Cannon. Therefore, she is causing a new injury to "We the People" for Obstruction of Justice. That charge needs to be made immediately on behalf of "The People".

The records Trump generated in office belong to him. He decides which documents are personal or Presidential. Those he keeps are personal. This is his decision alone to make. Trying to entangle the President with violating the Espionage Act because he has classified materials in his possession violates the separation of powers. Laws concerning unauthorized possession of classified materials don't apply to the President. Smith needs a civics lesson

Trump didn't steal any documents. The documents he generated while president belonged to him. He was the Executive branch of the US government. At the end of his term he decides which documents he keeps and which ones go to the archives. This is standard practice.

There has even been an infiltration of meidas that was throwing around the idea that trump must be opposed because he wants to bring in christian government. That is reverse psychology, aimed at sending the christian voters to the trump camp no matter what he says or does.
Trump is not trying to put a christian government in charge. If you take a look at the people talking about christian values, you see the garden implement mtg and that other one who wouldn't be fit for even rooting out tares.

'strikes'.
The other question is whether her delays in ruling(s) have merit or have been unreasonable - going to 'a pattern of behaviour' here.
If they can establish enough strands to her web they may be able to get her kicked off the bench entirely. I think that's what Smith is after: he smells something bad but is pursuing that instead of trump. He needs to broom her fast before his case is 'jeopardised' imho.

Maybe there should be some new charges, like "interfering, corrupting, and delaying EVERY legal action".
