I see it too. The figure at the top with unusual round eyes, then below that a deep horizontal line looks like a deep incision. Just a bit below that I see what looks like a grey alien with the creepy slant eyes and slit mouth. Only thing that doesn't seem to fit is the nose. Unless it's pareidolia which I'm pretty sure I suffer from seeing faces all over the place. 🙃😵💫😐
