The people of Wli hold a unique festival to give thanks for the gift of water, whiles the Anlos people put on the illustrious Hogbetsotso festival ( the name is derived from the Ewe language and translates as 'festival of Exodus').

What's reasonable to you or some people might be "unreasonable" to another group of people.
Reasonableness can be relative just like expensive can be relative.
Plus, if you're a group of people going, say 8 people (which this house can accommodate - 2 per bed, boys boys or girls girls staycation), that means each might just pay a little close to 150$, which isn't bad, is it?
For a group of people, that is okay
1.2k$ for upto 10 people.

Build a nice 👍🏿 home for vacations to hold several people in a house and they can share the bill 💵. Great for get together, parties 🎉, birthdays 🥳 etc and price is not bad at all. 10 people can easily share bill and enjoy the place to the fullest.
