hello friends! i hope you've all been well. what a rainy week it's been :') i started my full time position, packed a bunch of orders, unboxed a bunch of things, and had a grand ole' time in general. i'm feeling so grateful with being able to create more long form videos, and i'm getting pretty positive feedback from you all so it's a win-win. thank you for creating a safe and cozy little community :)

The news that your shop may be closing as you adjust to your new life made very worried that I would never get to buy your beautiful stickers and I bought some right away. The beautiful package came and I was so happy! I have fallen in love with your style of videos and how much more relaxing they are to watch. Even if at one point you need to close your shop, even temporarily, I will still have the joy of the package I received from you (while at the same time hoping that you will be able to reopen it sometime in the future. As long as it does not take away from your joy of creating the stickers as well as your reading while working in the field that you work so hard to be able to get into.)

awww thank you so much!! i’m a huuge fan of slow content so i know how you feel 🥰 the pumpkin jar was actually a candle, but i cleaned it up and now use it for storage! it was from a local seller on etsy, i don’t think she sells them anymore unfortunately.. but i’m sure you can find something similar in other etsy shops 🥰

What do you do for life? Are you reading as a full time job? Or still in school? I’m keen to do this type of dream job, but I’m a woman of color and youtube algorithm usually prioritize white ppl channels to be recommended or at least the kind of viewers (exposure)
i’m a graduate engineer at a consulting firm! :) my advice is to just do it! people tell me that creators with no face will never thrive, but right now i’m having so much fun building a little community on youtube and sharing content i genuinely enjoy making 🤍 just be authentic and have fun 🥰

I can't help but to think in cozy autumn weather, hot coffee/chocolate and Over the garden wall by the way it looks and sounds. It really catched my attention the grapich novel you are reading, because I did know about the film but not the book, so I'm surprised😲 I really hope you enjoy it so much and give the film a try. If you do and you like it, I highly recommend you checking Song of the sea (by the same studio) which also is a film with a graphic novel (I can't explain how great it was for me to see this video because of this discoveries🤍).
