I tried this recipe today It is awesome. I used to make in a different way earlier, like grinding onions ginger and garlic after sauteing it.But I find that grinding after boiling them gives batter results.Thank you so much. Please upload some fish recipes which can be served with fried rice .Also trifle pudding, of course.
Tomato puree is not made in this way.Kasoori methi,Cream and Corriander leaves are also to be added when making paneer recipes.No need to boil paneer separately.
I have mentioned in the video that fresh tomato is pureed without blanching. This is enough for this recipe. Also I have mentioned that I'm not using cashew paste or cream in this recipe. You can add. This is my version. Thanks Beena
@@MahimasCookingClass Cream and fenufreek leaves are added to reduce the sourness of tomato puree. There should be a balance of five rasas. In this curry sourness is prominent taste
