If you have legally purchased a product and the store forgot to remove the security rage before giving or sending the product to you this is one way that you can rectify the situation.

I was about to use wire cutters on this thing and then I thought “Let me look online first incase some ink sprays out or it starts beeping” and your video was the only one I could find with this exact security tag. Thanks for the video man 👍

Got a pair of shoes recently and there was one just like this. It turns out the magnetic lock was demagnetized. So I just squeezed a pair of metal clips inside and snipped them. The magnet was useless, but the lesson was worth it.
I burned the back tip with a torch (let it burn until the spring starts coming out the back…like 15 seconds). Then I used my 500lb pull magnet and took it right off.
So sad that this happens so often there are multiple videos on how to remove something that shouldn’t be there because someone f***ed up and didn’t do their job.

Summer is my busy season. I upload every once in a while when I get a video idea and time to shoot it. I had a small camera that I was using to film but lost it several months ago and now I'm back to my phone. I've been planning a gun video. I just need some time in my schedule to film and edit
So it won't sound off any screaming loud alarm when I cut it? I'm at home with this cable thing on my shoes I just got shipped to me and I've got animals w sensitive ears and a little kid so I'm wanting to make sure there's not going to be a crazy loud sound going off if I do this inside.
Correct. The thing at the store is what sounds off then this device passes by it. It's possible it's been deactivated anyways. I'd have to take it into a store with the things by the door for it to make something make a noise
@@enlightenedmcgee non taken. I honestly strip wire with a pocket knife better than a white stripper. Never had the toll and learned many times how to make it work

This same thing happened to me but with my football helmet. It was so annoying that the cashier would forget something so important.
I hope the video helped. Don't know why they'd forget but stuff happens. Some can have die in them and explode when passed through the doors

By itself it's just a metal thing in a plastic case. The cable to cut is only a cable

This isn't a work around at all lol, you essentially just told everyone if you need to cut this wire use wire cutters.
True but we don't always think of the solution at first. Some might be concerned for possible consequences of ink or alarm or something.
