how tf did you not see a big ass tag that is literally wrapped around your product during self checkout. Excpecially when during self checkout for most products you gotta rotate them around to find the barcode
Great video. Just had a box of probiotics come with the spider 2 alarm from Walmart delivery. Your tool doesn't have to be particularly sharp, but it helps. I just used an electronics Phillips head screwdriver and rammed it in to make the "adjustments". Very clever.

According to product page those 2 alarms can be ordered with RFID capability which would mean it could set off an alarm. Also don't forget that a number of these companies are using tech to track radio emissions from your devices to map traffic flow through stores, this same tech could track the movement of those RFID tags and devices they are with. As more thefts occur they will get more advanced, don't get caught behind the curve.
But rather being a professional thief that doesn't matter to me, this just makes my job even easier.

I can carry a power bank in my pocket & have it discharge one massive electrical charge that would short the device. Alligator clips on it and it'll fry RFID. Or get a 1x1ft sheet of faraday cloth & just wrap main unit & it'll be unable to send a signal to the detectors at entrance.

I just purchased a hair cutting kit from Target. They didn't bother to remove the spider (self checkout)
Got home, went outside drilled down into it with a wood bit (helps with the extra point to get it started)
Took like 2 seconds and the alarm never went off, just poof, done.

If you already paid for it and you're already home, why would you go to all that trouble when you could just get a pair of wire cutters and cut the wire and then smash it when it starts to beep?
Elecute it. Hook up alligator clamps & massive volt to it & short it, there's no resistor in there that would prevent overload & fry the RFID chip. You can carry a power bank in your pocket that will defeat it silently. Send it a massive voltage current & you're done. 5 seconds to hook it up & then wire snip & bounce. Or you can get a 1x1 foot of faraday cloth & just wrap the main unit & it'll be unable to transmit signal to detectors at door & that's something you can carry in your pocket & wrap whatever you wanna steal on your way out door. Faraday bags or cages prevent signals of any kind from passing through it. Cellular, radio, microwave, any signal is unable to pass through faraday material.
So you have your power bank and ur clips, but how do you actually use these? Can you explain where you set the clips on the alarm and what do you use to connect the alligator clip wires to ur power bank? I just saw this guy's video (th-cam.com/video/8r0xpO5DKu8/w-d-xo.html)and the way he did it seems a little too simple for me to want to try his method haha but it actually does make sense because all ur doing is trying to keep the continuity so the alarm doesn't recognize a disruption. Your method/theory is to actually zap the system by overloading it with electricity right?
Or you can just make an emp gun and fry it without even touching it. I broke my microwave by testing my creation haha.

I have a pair of jeans that still has an alarm on it. I also bought my son a wireless headset that the clerk forgot to take the alarm off of. I had so many things in my cart. I asked if every alarm was removed because they were notorious for forgetting. When I went through the door and the alarm went off she said "you're good it's just the anti theft stickers. My cart was stuffed and had already been in the store for hours after only coming for a new mouse lol. It definitely happens especially during peek shopping seasons.

No.. that's the second alarm it has an RFID device inside of it that sets off the scanner which is the two white polls by the door.

If you already have a pocket knife you should be good. Just make sure it’s ridiculously sharp and it’ll go through the wire like it’s butter. Rule of thumb, if it’s not making an indent in your skin by gently pressing it and doing nothing else, it’s not sharp enough

that’s most likely an Ink Tag. Look up a different tutorial is my best tip. Those are tricky because if removed by force, the ink will explode on you and the shirt or pants
