Nice project but a bit slow notification from IFTTT, is there a faster way to do it?

You could try to use another IFTTT service to check wether the error is with IFTTT or your Pico W.

Idea: Use pizo speakers and make a retro 8 bit sound pattern, place multiple ones throughout the house

If you want to be really fancy you could even try to hook up the Pico W to one of the signal pins of your regular doorbell. But you should only do this in your own home and if you know what you are doing ;)

IFTTT is to slow by the time you hear the doorbell the person has gone, it needs to be much faster

The title is rather misleading because this really leaves a lot of different aspects the project on the table. This is much more like an extremely basic proof of concept for the electronics and code/development only.
It does touch on things like powering it, mounting it, the enclosure, or the longevity of the project if mounted outside particularly without consideration to an enclosure that is weather resistant. It doesn't even briefly touch on it.

It is ment to demonstrate an easy way to use signals from the Pico W. Of course there would be additional steps needed to finalize the project ;)
