Yep it's great to know that little hack. It helps a ton when you have a lot of tomatoes to slice!

YUM! So colorful, delicious, and, most of all, nutritious. It’s now one of my favorite salads. Please put a link to your lemon juicer. I have trouble with my hands too, so I’m looking for one that I can use easily. Thank you for another AMAZING video! 🥰

I love this salad!! I will also add green pepper as we love peppers and when I serve it i put a small handful of home made croutons on to of each individual’s plate/bowl. Thank you for this recipe. Can’t wait to try it with lemon. I always used red wine vinegar and i know I’ll like this better with fresh lemon!!

I love the idea of peppers Ginger! And the croutons would soak up all the juices...yuuuummmmm. I used to use red wine vinegar too and it's great as well. Lemon is a bit more subtle. --Rachel

I love your choice of olive oil! I live in the town where it's made!!! Hahahaah! Its my favorite oil! And bless your heart, I know you have problems with your hands! Dont ever apologize sweet lady! God bless you! I to have alot of inflammation in my body and try to eat as much raw natural food as possible. It sure has made a difference in my health and pain. Prayers for you! And thanks for sharing this wonderful salad. Did you say you are in Kentucky? Or Tennessee? Either way I love both states.

I am in Kentucky, yes and thank you! I'm doing very well and I am so glad you are too! And I love that California Olive Ranch is nearby--what a treat to have that so close. It's a lovely oil.

Set a tea towel or rag under your chopping board to keep it in place and not rock while using
