This is a really nice knife. Kind of heavy with the copper, of course. I've gotten several Kershaw knives recently and I've been impressed, particularly for the price.
Glad to hear that this one is good quality. I’ve been thinking about buying one. I’ve purchased a couple of other Kershaw knives in recent months, and both turned out to have good build quality. The “Federalist” model which I got recently was a USA-built, though.
That’s a beautiful knife. I love the copper handles and bolster. Very classy. Thanks for another excellent review TK! Happy Thursday to you. Cheers, RW
I recently got the Kershaw Gadston black micarta from eBay around $15 shipped & I think I got a great deal. Nicely made & I'm pretty happy with it. Thanks for sharing! 😺⚔️👍🏻
That is a pretty knife! I have a culpepper with G10 covers and use for a work knife. The Copper appears well done and would attract some attention. A nice large Barlow. Good Job on the review! 👍
Hey TK, Really like this one ….!!! Wish these were available in the UK…!!! I’ve got the red bone version and black micarta one too…. Both of mine are great examples and l love the size and shape of them… Obviously the D2 version is a better performer in terms of durability, but use and carry both… Really love the copper… definitely look’s classy…😎 Great review… thanks brother 😎👊🏻
Just received the “half stop” from SMKW. Don’t like it at all. Very light spring and doesn’t snap closed like it should. There isn’t a main spring at all just sort of a liner that provides very little spring tension. Returning it today.
I might have to pick it up. I have the black and the red bone one. The red bone one had a better pull than the black one. Damn I should have bought that when it was on sale on smkw.
When the 21st century is over. Collectors will be seeking this awesome knife 😊
You think so? Thanks, Michael.

This was an easy choice at the reduced price. The Copper gives it a really solid feel. Thanks very much, Thomas.

Yes Chinese built here, good build and price. Thanks, Mike.
I have one in micarta. I love it, but has a tiny bit of blade play. The copper looks great! A great video to John! Thanks for sharing this one
I have the Black G10 version, it is in 7CR, so nice to have the upgraded steel for no more cost. Thanks, Randy.
Love the copper on this! Can't wait to get my hands on one 🤘🏻 Great review John
Class looking handles, and weighty. Great looking clip point too. Thanks, Slippy.
Thanks, TK. I've been meaning to pick one of these up ... love the look, texture, and even weight of this one. Just a classy option for the money.
It really is a nice way to change things up a little from typical handle options.
I have SMKW EX. coopper in D2, Blk micarta in 7cr, BJB in D2 and Smooth RB in D2. The fit and finish is great and the pulls are good love the knife
That's a nice collection of Culpeppers. Thanks angrytom.

The size and materials make the Culpepper different and this one is even more unique than the rest. Thanks, Sean.
That's a really cool looking knife! Definitely diggin it! Thank you sir!
Nice to have a copper handled knife in a traditional styling. Thanks, David glad you like it.
Very cool piece, buddy!
I think it's cool too . Take care, David.
Looks really nice 👍🏻 does it have a half stop though?
No half stop on this Culpepper. Thanks for watching, Careoran.
@@Careoran SMKW now offers this same knife with a half stop. Same price.

Thanks for sharing! I bet that jigging in the copper feels good!
Nice subtle grip to it. Looks nice too. Thank you, Eric.

Damn I should have bought that when it was on sale on smkw.
Still available at 30 dollars. Thanks, Patrick.
Good looking piece, I two Culpepers but not the copper one. Thanks for sharing and God bless.
A nice design, but always concerned about the pull strength on these, this one was good. Thanks Stan.
Can this knife be disassembled?
Yep it's screwed together. Thanks Shawn.
beautiful knife. I have a different model
Thanks for taking a look, Stuart. The Copper version here is my favorite of the Kershaws.
Oh, no, Thrifty… not a lanyard😢
Lanyards are for the weirdos.
Thanks for the look. A bit different but would you prefer this or Kershaw’s Federalist?
I think I would enjoy the Federalist too, USA made, attractive, upgraded steel. Just a more modern styled knife.
😎👍👍👍
Nice weighty feel to this one.
Not a fan of Kershaw. I keep an open mind because I want to like them.
Much the same mindset, Second Hand. This one was good, and quite affordable for what you get. Thanks.
I've almost bought that Copper Culpepper a couple times, but it's just too big for my slipjoint needs. Looks real pretty though! ✨🤎✨
Understood. You're smart to buy what works for you. Thanks, Bob.
