    Saurabh's comments for what govt should do are very pertinent. Quality education, health, unity, peace and SSSVSV should be their focus at central, state and local levels so that India become a developed and prosperous nation having 18% of the world population. Thanks for this event.

    Becoming monopolist legally not allowed, but Practicaly many people build one due to taking advantage of lack of implementation of law and policies.. from shareholders point of glorifying Monopoly business? Not a good idea!! Actually Monopolists try to be low profile??? If Govt agencies' are seeing this they should die of shame!!!

    • @mihirkarnik2690
      @mihirkarnik2690 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In this presentation he considered monopolists as the companies having highest share in the total sectoral profit and the most efficient companies. He mentioned the same at the beginning of the presentation. For eg. In India there are lots of banks. But still HDFC bank and kotak bank are the most profitable banks because these banks are very efficient and all the psu banks like SBI, PNB etc are loss making banks. So if you calculate total profits of top 10 banks in India , you will find that HDFC bank and kotak bank are having highest share in profit though their revenue as a percentage of whole sectoral revenue, is average. So the competition is there in banking sector.

    this gentleman is creating a shortage of shares for buying of the cos. he is recommending. after listening to him no investor will exit from these cos and buyers won't get the shares or at very high price nd this is a trick to show an artificial increase in value and then charge fees for appreciating above threshold...thus he is doing all these for increasing his fees on profit derived by an artificial shortage of floating shares.
