That Desert Warrior color combo is just too pretty. As a veteran and a fan of big folders like Coldsteel, I just couldnt say no. The safety seal was broke on my magbox, and there is a tinyy chip on by edge, but I love it so much I don't even wanna send it back! Thanks for the review man.

Why am I not surprised.. the more informed TH-camr on knife steel is okay with Aus-8 and D2 being out in the same shelf. It’s almost like the more informed you are the more you realize lol good video!

Wish I had purchased the Maxace Goliath when it first came out at less than 100. The timascus version was to much for me.

LTK must've been paid at least $52,000 for this review/video. You know bcuz all the reviewers are just filling us with bullshit bcuz their getting paid a bunch of $ to get us to buy the knives. (Those of you that watched the entire Traders Corner video will get the humor of my comment) Anyways, great video once again LTK. Thanks for all you do for the great knife community.

Nothing Else in Its Class - Autos under $100 with a 4.75" Blade. I will take D2 all day long, all knife steels are a trade off between how fast it will sharpen and how long it will hold an edge. D2, easily sharpened and near stainless. Yes, I have this knife, not as nice as yours color wise, its a black on black. Fun knife.

I got one about a week ago in the same colors. It does seem like a great knife for the money. The handle is very wide but it fits surprisingly well in my pocket. The copper coating definitely seems to be the way to go, D2 is a rust magnet, so the stone wash finish doesn't seem like a good idea, and the copper coating seems to be more resilient than the black teflon option.
It's not a rust magnet it's only 1% away from being a stainless steel

If it is Chinese D2, sure. Otherwise, D2 is superior. I have my share of both, and my American D2 is far better then Aus8.
But do not get me wrong, nothing wrong with good heat treated Aus8
Can't get a replacement spring for it when it breaks. I asked Boker about it and they said BHQ would be the source for it. BHQ told me to go get lost cause it isn't happening. What happening to supporting what you sell? I canceled my order on it. SAD
Serated is way better for defense and work...for work a serated blade will cut more variety of materials, and for defense serated blade are WAY WY more devastating
lol I'd never trust my fingers to a button lock for a blade that big, let alone on a Boker Plus where god knows what recycled pot metal they used for the button
100 No sense of adventure huh ? Lol !
They use 416 stainless steel for the button which is plenty strong
