A suggestion for an overseas trip, come to South Africa and watch a Soweto derby. Not many thrift places but there are thrift shops where you can get some South African shirts.

I'd love to see you in Stuttgart (Germany), there is also a big Outlet with Nike, Adidas, Puma, New Balance,... in the near of Stuttgart (Metzingen). The best way to get a shirt is to get a place near the player tunnel and try to catch a shirt after the game or when the players come in for half time!
