That is untrue. You do not deal more damage to enemies that are under your level. Being at +0 or +100 you deal the same damage to an enemy. The only difference is damage taken, which caps at +20, after being more than 20 over an enemy, there is no longer any reduction to damage TAKEN by the player from said enemy.

You're saying I'm wrong without contributing anything. My explanation comes from the damage calculators that many people in he community have created. The only thing that affects outgoing damage is weapon power level, up to 0 differential, with no bonus afterwards, and your global power level, in the same manner.

On mnk controlling recoil of weapons is very easy and predictable, especially for weapons like snipers, LFR’s, hand cannons, etc. autos and smg’s are a bit harder unless the weapons really is super smooth
year: 1: Different archtypes. the burst linears just hit harder by a decent amount. 2: Surrounded has a damage bonus that is like 47% when enhanced. Bait and Switch sits at 35% but BnS is much easier to proc and not suffer with than Surrounded where you have to build into flinch resistance.
@@DerultimativeOzzy Plus the 10-20% more damadge from the origin trait. Its base 10 with 3 ron weapons. It goes up to 20% with the artifact perk that increases the effectiveness.
Rewind is better for longer phases like this, envious only works for one magazine whereas rewind will work throughout all of your reserves. He shot I believe 14 straight and then shot 11 after the finisher

I did 3phase on titan with sleeper and hammers and synthoceps. 3 surge mods. One reserves. Took 53 attempts for solo flawless

I just got a god roll adept briars with rewind/focused fury. I’ll consider using that if I decide to do a solo run.

You can’t also ads will mob you and make you flinch i don’t think it’s good idea to have ads around when you can’t survive use frenzy instead

Yes, you charge until damage phase then change build with damage modifier so you dont lose light charge when not dealing damage
