I listened to this video without conviction and didn't go all the way to the end, but OH surprise today I met an old work colleague with whom I had many troubles miscommunication problems when we worked together and I don't know if this video worked any magic, we sincerely, calmly and with a lot of respect talked about the problems we had before that time at the workplace and everything worked out, we understood and accepted our mutual mistakes...We became friends again and with the promise of seeing each other soon again... I'm going to re-read this video all the way to the end. I urge you to listen and follow the teachings in this video.

I usually just say "wow!" and "interesting" --- you dont even have to listen. None of what anyone says matters anyway. They just dont know.how to not be addicted to their own thoughts/sounds of their voices.
