it says in this video to always tell people your ideas but please be careful who you share your ideas with.. some people will take your idea and not give you any part of the future of it and some people will be so cynical about your plans that they can damage our motivation and our drive and even make us feel it is not worth trying to do the steps we could try to do to give ourselves our best chance of making our good ideas happen

I tell u one thing external pressures can be overwhelming especially when it comes from our loved one. These things are blessing in disguise. Instead of complaining just show gratitude even though u have no idea why I goin through the hell now. U ll see the light end of the tunnel soon. Trust me I was there too…
if you are feeling really really down please keep on trying in life and be kind to yourself! i hope this channel does not mind me saying but i do a channel called "Potential Techniques" where i talk about things i found help me to get through really tough days and days of crisis and get through depression and trauna etc ..i do it to try to help people get through crisis and tough times by talking about things i found help me in tough times and when i felt like nearly giving up i found that in tough times a REALLY key thing to do is to try to be kind to yourself, and on the REALLY tough moments it helps to just have a sleep and see how we feel in the morning and then try to think of lots of big and small things we would really love to do and then think of ways to build up nice things in our life, like even things like how we could make our space nicer for ourselves and then do even small steps to make things closer to how we would like them to be it helps a lot to get our heart rate up high at least once a day to flush out any heavy feeling biochemicals in our system, doing even 5 Burpees or running on the spot until our heart rate goes up helps a huge amount to feel much better and more energy.. but if we don't try to do SOME thing that we would like, and just stay looking at a screen all day, that will get us REALLY Down through time maybe prove to people they are wrong about you if your disagree with them if they put you down, build up little wins in your day to prove to them that you are really trying.. maybe help them a bit too if they are putting a roof over your head and food in the cupboards for you then maybe cheer them up too by doing some nice things for them to show your graduate gratitude for the work they put in to get you a safe place to be.. you'll feel great if you feel you are helping people feel happy also they may just be concerned about you if you are on a screen all day and they can see you are feeling down.. it means they care, even though it can be bugging sometimes, and it's a huge thing to have someone who cares enough about us to bug us with telling us they are worried about you.. it's so hard without them caring i bet you are a great person who maybe just needs to find something you love to do and don't keep watching heavy stuff! that will program your brain to feel down, keep listening to this audiobook over and over again (on this channel we are commenting on here), that will help you build up feeling drive and hope and wanting to do cool things you would love to try to do if you could do any thing in the whole wide world what would you love to do? think of that, and you can do steps to get there and build up skills.. it might be really hard sometimes, but that is what will make it feel GREAT When you get even small wins on your days of doing steps to get to doing things you want to do! good luck! best wishes from Rolland in Scotland
