I have owned a mason for 3 years and love it. However I do agree with you totally. The living room is just a bit to small. Both the living room and dining room would have definitely benefitted being around metre bigger. The placement of the living room door is in totally the wrong place. It should have been installed in the corner closer to the kitchen door which will be far more practical. I've got planning permission to extend my living room and master bedroom with a 1.5m (out) x 2.3m (width) walk in bay. I'll also be moving the lounge door as previously mentioned. The pantry is a great size with 4x floating shelves now installed. The detached garage is a proper garage with enough room for a car plus workbench and freezer.
Great ideas. Honestly we loved it, it’s got everything you’ll ever need. Wow though that’s amazing, it will change the dynamic that’s for sure 😄😄 maybe Bellway should take pointers from you 😂. Oh mate cannot wait to do up the garage properly. Proper work bench and storage etc. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Hope the work goes well and you don’t have any issues 👍
Maybe the boiler angle is to limit sound maybe 😂. Im thinking of getting this house or the sawyer but not a fan of the sawyers living room and no hallway
Honestly didn’t even think about the sound or noise that’s not a bad shout to be fair. 😁 ooh very nice we did really like it a lot and we’ve not seen a sawyer maybe we can have a cheeky look at one 😜
I’m not impressed with the mason at all, I’m in a Weston and it has a bigger main bedroom and third bedroom than the mason. Also the lounge has a much better layout. Why is your shower button in the hallway? Mine isn’t and I’m on your development. Glad we got the Weston before they phased them out 😅
100% agree Angela wouldn’t swap our Weston for a Mason. We love ours exactly like you said the rooms are bigger the mason has a lot more but feels squashed. If someone is getting a mason they will have a wonderful home but prefer ours for sure. Our shower doesn’t have a button, it’s a rain shower with little rotating dials on the side. We’ve seen show homes with a big red electrical button on the outside of the room 😄 oh for sure same here very happy we got ours before they got rid 😂
Hey good evening, hope you’re doing well. Yeah you’re not wrong, it is a lovely home but yeah definitely plot dependent for gardens. Worth waiting for a decent one. 😁
Aww we kinda liked mirrors (if that’s what you meant) but I think they’ve done it to try and make the space look bigger. 😕 Gotta love houses, everyone puts such a cool spin/personality on them 😄
@Matt-mu1mg oh sorry apologies. Yeah you’re not wrong, there was some finishing issues for sure. In between the mirrors on the stairwell was like a textured wallpaper thing. Seems to be in a lot of show homes recently. One we viewed a few weeks back had like a woven wallpaper 😕

Lovely little house but the garden outlook is not great 😊

The Mason also has a detached garage
Thanks Marie 😁 good shout and nice to mention. We forgot about it haha I have put it in the description but yeah needed bringing up 😄
The walls at 1:25 on the right of the stairs look awful!

@@DevoVlogs no, if you look at the actual wall finish between the first 2 mirrors it looks like its not been finished correctly.
