Sorry I have not been here in awhile. Been fighting pharmacy about meds. Then father-in-law had a stroke. One thing after another. What is the temps during Christmas? Thankfully you were wearing gloves when the jetter hit those pockets of chemicals. Very caustic stuff.

Another great video Gavin, have had to call a plumber in a couple of times recently also. Have just moved into a new house and between inspection and moving in the previous owner had clogged the shower drain quite badly. Also had tiny holes in the copper pipe to the kitchen had water trickling down the wall that wasn’t fun now waiting for the wall to dry out before getting the plater patched. Cheers have a great day.
