- Pirates of Wildwood is a dark boat ride on Morey's Mariner's Pier in Wildwood, New Jersey. This complete ride-through was recorded by Bill Cherkasky on June 25, 2023. This was the ride's opening day for the 2023 season.

I love pirates of wildwood even though that I wrote it 2 times but it's still awesome because I like pirates.

I remember getting stuck on 3d journeys lol. The boat like stopped moving 25% in the ride and i was there for like 30 minutes.

When I rode the old version I was traumatized
Why cant they get ghost ship open, and this they can??

Is 3d journeys and that pirate one the same thing? Or two separate rides?
They are the same ride. The ghost ship is a different ride.
Nice...but so much all Hanna Barbara intellectual properties...getting at the art...nice ride though.
I was expecting a Pirates of the Caribbean rip-off.

Their log flume is the same way. I guess they don't want someone falling out of a boat and drowning. These rules were implemented after a teenager was riding the ferris wheel by herself and somehow fell out of the gondola and died.

probably one of the worst dark rides I have ever seen. Their use of black light paintings was very interesting, but they needed way better content. They could have done some really great scenes but instead we get cheap cartoons. This might "wow" and amaze very young children, but is a waste of time for anyone older.
I think it's more of a kid ride that focuses on a lot of content relative to the local island.
Beyond terrible.
