The first and the last were my favorite. The first was the Harlem townhouse, brownstone and the last one another brownstone. I like how both kept a lot of the original architecture. Both tied in the new with the old. They did a beautiful job. Thanks again Open House for another great video.
I agree with you Brad. That guy showed the Harlem property well. I enjoyed his presentation so much that I shouted " who is this guy? He's a real natural." Look out Ryan Seacrest!
@3:54 "Who needs a house in the country, when you can have this?" 😂😂😂 🤣🤣🤣 Sorry guy, but most people would rather have the house in the country, thanks for the comedy! 😁
So nice to hear the last lady saying "master bedroom" again. The newer "woke" term "primary" is so pretentious and copycat. And it implies everything else is secondary.
I loved the Brooklyn home.
The NYC homes were my Favorites.Brooklyn & Prospect Heights those 2 homes were lovely. I really enjoy this show a lot!

Nice Job, I've just love the Harlem townhouse 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
That Bel Air house takes the cake. The living walls are incredible.
Last home is ❤
This episode was definitely a tease! I would buy house number 2 in a second, if I had 30 million dollars, and turn it into a few businesses.
Prospect heights was my favorite 😍
Lovely!
