To me The system has faleid is the last GREAT megadeth album, after that is just cool (except super collider, this album is lame)but never will match this great era.

It's amazing how Dave could sing and play the fast galloping rhythm. Great multitasking because the vocals are continuous and he doesn't have to confine them to the rhythm of the guitar strums.
I miss this Megadeth. I still love them. I actually saw them 3 times. Twice in 1990 on the Clash of the Titans tour. Ahh... to be young again. Thanks Dave for all your awesome music ! 🤘
This is simply a part of American metal history, these videos keep the legacy alive and kicking ass for generations to come, Jeff Young and Chuck Behler were such great additions to the Megadeth family for that time period , solos for Hook In Mouth and In my Darkest Hour were as Epic as it gets !!
His tapping on looking downbthe cross intro is my fav but the best video version of dave you'll find tapping is live versions of the solo on the song " victory "
I met Chuck couple years before he passed. Great show at the I-Rock club in Detroit. He was as cool as you'd expect, shook my hand and said thank you to me.... I said no, thank you. Sucks that he's gone now..Hell of a talent.
The idea that Dimebag and Vinnie, if Menza wasn't in the band could've been part of the next lineup... really makes you wonder the types of songs that would of been created. Probably would of been bigger than Metallica was in the 90s

I heard the Jackson guitars from the 80-90's are the ones to buy
Saw them two weeks before this show at the Arlington Theater in Indianapolis. The acoustics in that place were excellent. Still the best live metal guitar tone I've ever heard.

Entonces te recomiendo ampliamente el Rust in Peace (Si no lo escuchaste todavía, cosa que sí creo) porque cada composición de ese disco es totalmente superior a las del Peace Sells (Que también es un excelente disco, totalmente, pero hay que reconocer que en el RIP su nivel de madurez musical es sorprendente incluso fuera de lo que es el Metal).
JoelMetal si escuché ese disco pero solo las canciones como Holy Wars... The Punishment Due, Hangar 18, Tornado of Souls, son las unicas buenas y tecnicamente superior a las demás en lo personal ese disco esta muy sobrevalorado y el resto de canciones no me suenan tan buenas como las que acabo de mencionar, en cambio en el Peace Sells...But Who's Buying? todas als canciones son muy buenas y llegan a gustar todas las que se encuentran en ese album

Mustaine was absolutely murdering it in this era. Complicated rhythms combined with solos and singing. Superb musician.
