    Love when you are taking about Test Level of 2000, Gear dosages, etc. This is the type of honest conversation we want to hear! We all train every day, have all used gear, TRT, etc. Much Respect to Jay for being so open and forthright! Tremendous contributions from all 3 men and overall GREAT SHOW!

    40:40 - 41:15… This is why I freaking love Milos.
    You can tell Jay can feel the power of this statement as well. It is true in every aspect of life.
    And of course Matt can’t stop interrupting because he is so hyped up on caffeine and won’t let Milos finish this amazing thought.

    • @dextergarner1286
      @dextergarner1286 ปีที่แล้ว

      Matt’s statement is true and is the voice of many bodybuilders today, but I still agree with Milos. Are you a competitive bodybuilder or a content creator? But I do feel the IFBB should increase the winnings and NPC should have cash prizes as well to make it worthwhile. But if I had to choose between making content or taking a diuretic that’s going to wreck my kidney function for 10k well it’s no contest.
      I mean let’s be real, state dog shows offer 5k to the winner why can’t the NPC state shows do this even at the amateur level?

I wouldnt do for anyone but only for yourself. Jay you are already in great shape and I would simply ditch the scale and go by look. This guy is old school. If anything he doesn’t want body builders to make money. He may be part of a small group actually profiting from body building. More needs to go to the pockets of they guys on stage. Not the old guys sitting back judging, even if those old guys used to be the ones on stage. I’m not saying that the old guys need give it all up, I’m just saying pay them more and watch them come out more! It might even end up making them more money with more shows because the actual athletes on stage will want to come out more.

    I'm super glad Milos pointed out the abuse by Nasser because nowadays all social media bodybuilding people make it look like a healthy sport when its totally not the case. They try go give the impression that Pros run 500-750mg test lol. This is a very dark sport but we, as crazy as we are, love it. People don't just drop dead for nothing before reaching their 50's. Mind you, I'm not criticizing anyone, I've abused the hell and took grams and grams and I never even competed let alone a top Olympian! Great podcast!!!!

    to say that natural guys are just scared of gear is a misleading statement. You can make great improvements without PED and greatly improve you cardiovascular just lifting consistently. Not everyone wants the same things, what’s enough muscle for some might not be the same for Enhanced. The bottom line is body building is for everyone, you can change you life and enhance your discipline and mindset no matter if you take drugs or not. Support the right to choose what’s best for each individual person.

      Really?
      I drilled many naturals and by the time they answered all my questions - they concluded that I was right: mostly they are ALL AFRAID...
      Yes, you can make great improvements without PED's...and much greater WITH them...
      Taking away ETHICAL standpoint - for athletes that compete in tested shows and SHOULD NOT CHEAT!!! - the others that are already so dedicated and try to enhance themselves and get bigger/stronger/faster/more muscular...etc through disciplined training, meticulous dieting, taking supplements....and what not - with one goal in mind: to improve...already know they will improve more with PED's...so why would they don't want to improve even more?
      FEAR OF UNKNOWN and potentially dangerous...
      That's what it comes down to it.

    • @Z85Fit4Life
      @Z85Fit4Life ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@MilosSarcevOfficialTH-camPage You can spin it however you want coach. you made a blanket statement about a large group of people. It’s not fear it’s common sense to not take illegal drugs. If you say things like ALL naturals just don’t take PED just because they are afraid it makes you seem like you only promote enhanced training. That may be good for you, what about the kids i see on jays channel is it ok to promote drug use and say it’s because they are afraid they won’t take this to be better. It comes down to morals.

    Respectfully Milos is wrong about test. Levels are all relative some guys can naturally build and look good and have a level under 500. Some guys are in gear over 1000 and feel like shit with hardly any gains. Also there’s plenty of side effects of to high test your blood pressure your lipid panel your kidneys. I’m actually shocked he thinks high amounts of test is okay with 0 side effects. Milos leaves out the genetic factor maybe he gets away with it but everyone reacts to compounds different

    • @MilosSarcevOfficialYoutubePage
      @MilosSarcevOfficialYoutubePage ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Give me a break...
      These same relative natural guys that look good and have a levels under 500 - would look and feel much better and stronger if they double up...
      Do they have to?
      No!
      We all make choices.
      But....after 40+ years of being in bodybuilding..." enhancing myself" since 1987...and working with hundreds of amateur and professionals + talking to thousands of regular people = I claim what you heard me say it multiple times...
      You want to talk about individuality...genetics...and all other things that WE ALL ALREADY CONSIDERED before making the claims...
      "Plenty of side effects" you can individually and genetically attribute to ANYTHING - you name it, you'll find it.

      @@MilosSarcevOfficialTH-camPage but Milos you can’t deny that massive levels of test isn’t healthy it does raise blood pressure it does hurt your lipid panel. Even on trt you can’t have over 1000+ for extended periods of time that just ridiculous how can you say there’s no side effects to that

      High levels of test doesn’t automatically = high blood pressure and side effects. It all comes down to your androgen:estrogen ratios. If you’re ratios (T:DHT:E2) are off then yes, you will have sides but if they’re in the sweet spot you could have test levels at 2000+ Long term without sides. Sides come from an imbalance of androgen and estrogen not absolute testosterone levels itself.

    It's not about the testosterone it's self. It's the nutrition. With the food supply available to the public most people can't get enough nutrition to support healthy endocrine system in an adult male. Nutrition is why hormone production is stunted.

    I learned from FLEX Magazines, Muscle & Fitness, Muscle & Fitness Hers, etc. I would wait every month, buy those magazines, cut out Ronnie Coleman's training splits, YOURS (Jay's), and Kai Greene (the 3 I followed the most). Then I'd cut out diet plans from the figure girls like Davana Medina and Monica Brandt. I'd carry those little cut outs into the gym and follow and try to learn them until the next issue was released. I could never afford a coach. 14 years later I earned my Pro title. I truly miss old skool bodybuilding but we are in a great time when it comes to access to information (although, some of the information needs to die..lol!)

    I journal like that. Every rep, every set, every cardio session, every mg without fail. However, I will say I've never seen even one other person at either of my gyms logging. One time an 18 year old kid approached me to tell me how cool he thought it was that I was bout my bidness like that, but he never picked up the habit. Though he is growing at a rate that makes me jealous.
