Reacting to seventeen? Now that's something I'm excited for! 👀 Edit: I appreciate the disclaimer a lot. I would hate for her genuine and very fun reactions to be swayed by the opinion of others. Too many reactors do that and her staying true to herself really makes me happy. The more a creator enjoys making their content, the more the viewer enjoys it too! You do you boo. Don't let others make you feel pressured Nor forced to do anything! Your credibility as a dancer is no one's to judge and you would know much better than MANY. 💜
My friend went to a hi-touch a couple years back, and she was around 5'2"-5"3' back then. She said that he was about as tall as her, so he may be even shorter than what it says lmfao. Companies always lie about official heights of their idols anyways.
Thank you for the video! I'm an avid Seventeen fan but not a dancer, so hearing your insight helped me find a new appreciation for Seventeen's choreos, especially parts that I didn't think much about in terms of difficulty or technique. I've always believed them to be excellent dancers and this video helped me appreciate that even more. One thing that stood out to me that you mentioned when watching Clap was that you liked how they interacted with each other. That's something I also really enjoy in their choreos that was especially present in some of their earlier songs. Adore U and Pretty U especially feel almost like mix of dancing and "acting", and in Mansae and Very Nice as well. I'd definitely be interested in knowing what you think about those, or any other Seventeen choreos, if you ever feel like reacting to them again or giving them a look on your own time. I'm definitely gonna go see your Astro reaction now to see what you had to say.
Reacting to seventeen thank you soooo much! I love them so much. They make their own choreo songs etc. Theyre a self produced group and theyre known as that in korea 💖💖💖 i love them and i hope more people can get to know them more. They are super wonderful and they are currently the 2nd biggest selling group in korea. Thank you for this and i look forward to more content. 💖💖
Yes! ♥️ You have no idea how happy I am to hear that you're not going to fake your reactions! Everyone has their own taste and you shouldn't be attacked for not liking something - it's your own opinion after all. And I think that's why we're here: to see what you think about diffent bands and dances! Anyway, thank you for all the profesional comments about the choreo. Now I feel all smart- xD
I don't know why but I love it when dancers and musicians talk using their fancy terminology. I might not know what you're talking about, but I enjoy it. Also we have Hoshi and the performance team to thank for their amazing choreography. I'm proud of them for coming this far.
I love hearing your thoughts on the technicalities of the dances, and from such a talented dancer herself 👏 I think you may like seventeens mv for lilili yabby, even the camera works so well with the dance and it was all one take. Its just the performance unit so only 4 members but yeah I think you might enjoy it :3
Hi! Thanks for reacting to seventeen ! If you have time could you please react to Exo next ? 'exo - monster dance practise' 'exo- the Eve dance practise' 'exo- electric kiss dance practise'
This is honestly my favorite reaction channel overall. You speak very well, and choose your words perfectly. Your reactions are genuine and that makes it great, so many people just smile and pretend to love everything. Thanks for the awesome reactions!
Thank you so much for reacting to Seventeen! The members, mainly Hoshi and the performance unit, choreograph all the dances! It would be awesome if you would check out some more of their dance practices so you can see how truly versatile they are!
I love how you breakdown the videos and dont just watch. You point out the positives and negatives, I love that! I hate watching reaction vids cause they seem to love everything but I love how critic and educate us!
Grace If you can watch seventeen dance pratice choreo THANKS is so beautiful and artistic (you dont need reaction ... Just watch and let me now😁😂🥰) love your reactions
Love the reaction! I love it when reactors take their time to watch and analyze the choreo. I also really appreciate all the information about dance that you put too. For individuals that don’t dance or aren’t too familiar with dancing, we learned a lot from you today. Thank you for taking the time to react and analyze SVT’s choreo. Please react to more SVT in the future when you have the chance. When you have time, can you also react to/ analyze SVT’s Our Dawn is Hotter Than Day, Thanks, and Pretty U. SVT indeed do have diverse songs and choreo so I hope you’ll them. Oh, and I also appreciate when you point out things you like/dislike/ wish to see more/ love that you saw, etc about a choreo. You’re reaction is really honest, and I really appreciate that.
The fact that you take the time to explain the steps and all is actually so cute and interesting because we learned much more about the dance than if we just watch it again and again to try and learn it. I love watching your vids omg
what i love the most about seventeen's performances is how organic they feel. they are not just random pieces put together, they were developed together since the members make the song and the choreography from even before their debut. they are very familiar with eachother so they know what to highlight and how to make up for shortcomings. there's like a funny compilation on youtube of them all making the same random mistakes at the same time, that's how much in harmony they are lol
for seventeen it's the opposite the tall members have to get down lower to match everyone's hight. Mingyu the tallest member said in an interview he had crouch lower just to get in the same hight as other members.
I loved your reaction so much! I really liked how you were so honest while watching these dance practices, and how you talked about the things that you appreciated in the choreos, but also the things that you didn't like. I also loved how detailed you were when you explained some dance moves (since I'm not a dancer myself, it was good to understand more about these things). I'm a huuuuge fan of Seventeen (a Carat) and I'm so glad you reacted to them! If you can, watch their "Thanks" dance practice. It's their more intricate choreography so far and one of their most beautiful ones. Anyway, thank you for this! You're amazing ❤
This is my first time watching your reaction video especially to the kpop group I stan the most, Seventeen. I must say I appreciate it a lot how you genuinely compliment and see through details of their work as they’re known for “self-producing idol”. Again, I felt grateful for it. Gonna look forward for more .☺️😊🤗🥰
I used to dance from age 5-16 in a studio. i did tap jazz and hiphop so i absolutely love dance. i quit alil before i left for college, so now i just dance for fun, learning dance covers and what not. watching your videos makes me feel super happy since i get to hear thoughts from an actual dancer. its cool hearing the terminology again since i haven't heard it in like 7 years. i hope to see more videos from you!
Oh my goodness you MUST check out Pretty U! It's one of their best works in my opinion..it's kind of like watching a musical. Definitely a must-watch along with Thanks and Lilili Yabbay. Great video, by the way. It's refreshing to see an honest reaction, instead of sugar-coated comments.
Thank you for your reactions. You always go so in depth about their techniques and formations, and it's just so intersting to hear so much about a dance that I thought was just cool but couldn't explain why.
I subbed to your channel because you are honest with your reactions I'm glad you are addressing this now but I hope you don't pay much attention to those annoying comments you keep doing what you are doing and being great at it.
@@gracegrimms1627 No problem, thank you for your videos I was waiting for a SVT reaction tbh lol. If you need more recommendations I'd suggest ATEEZ they have a lot of energy and I think they are a good example of how a group can still be very in sync while the members are not doing the exact same move (kinda the opposite of SVT). Anyways great video!
Please continue doing reactions, it's really fun and informative it's a real pleasure to hear you comment in so much detail There are just so many dances you could react to; you could also see the full videos of the "hardest choreos" that you reacted to too, most of them are really good
great reaction, i love all the information you gave about all the different moves!! i'd love to see what you think about seventeen's dance for pretty u, since imo it's very unconventional. i'm looking forward to what videos come next!
they're quite free with rearranging the choreo, like 14:46 in this video they always freestyle that part during live performances; they also changed the chorus of pretty u because once joshua (who's the center during this part) got the counts wrong and rushed a beat but somehow they made it look like a cool ripple effect; the acting parts for adore u and mansae always change as well; there's also how they put moves in the choreo for one specific member like in our dawn is hotter than day they make seventeen's logo and they put woozi at the bottom of the formation just so he could cross his arms and do the wakanda forever sign (yep he's a huge marvel nerd and black panther is his fave). anyways they're full of these little things xD
I always get so excited when I see you post a new video!!! I love how genuine you are and how transparent you are about your opinions!! Your dance videos are so so so cute and absolutely no one has the right to tell you what you can or can’t say or do!
Thank you so much for reacting to Seventeen❤❤ They have different units inside this group. I would recommend checking out the performance team's choreography. They are the ones who choreograph their dances. And you were correct when you were guessing woozi 😀
I really enjoyed your reaction, I love watching dance practices but I can never name or describe the moves performed so it's nice to have someone explain them :) Have you watched Seventeen's Don't Wanna Cry choreo ? It was in the "hardest kpop dances" video you reacted to and it's really beautiful. Hoshi (one of Seventeen's members and their main choreographer) said he watched a lot of contemporary dance to make Don't Wanna Cry's choreo and you can really see the influence.
15:47 you’d enjoy a lot of other svt choreos then! they tend to have pretty different influences for each song/choreo they do, like Thanks, Home, and Don’t Wanna Cry are more contemporary, Pretty U and Oh My are more theatrical & playful, and Who & Call Call Call have some stepping influences you don’t have to react to them, but i do hope you check out their other dances too :D
I really enjoy listening to your commentary, you're paying great attention de details and explain your way of thinking or the moves and that's really interesting. You're also very objective with your critisism and it's nice to hear. I'll watch more of your reactions, you have me hooked
im so happy with this reaction ㅠㅠ and youre so cute! thank you for reacting to our boys, kinda sad that you didnt choose to react to Pretty U as well it'd be completely baffling if you watch them one after another bc Pretty U is very musical-like performance with super poppy happy music! i hope you'll react to them again but i'd understand if youre not going to, you do you girl 💚
honestly these videos make me want to be best friends with you lmaoo seventeen is one of my ult (or ultimate bias) groups mainly because their choreos are all so interesting in their own way, and as someone who is also interested in dance (although not entirely as experienced as you ahaha) they really stand out to me they're best known as a self-producing group, they produce their own music (that one member you know, Woozi, makes most of their tracks), write their own raps and choreograph their own dances, and they always keep wanting to improve every time, making their performances even more interesting since they pour so much of themselves to them. and if you're a sucker for formations and unique dances whose inspirations can come from anything from trains to streetlights to video games, then seventeen are ya bois; their earlier songs like Adore U, Pretty U, Mansae and Very Nice are on the brighter, more youthful side while these later songs have tastes of a lot more different genres (another thing i love about them: they're dynamic and can pull off any concept) some of their other songs that arent really hiphop influenced are Home, Thanks and Oh My! one of my personal favorites is Don't Wanna Cry (altho it's probs bc it was the era i started stanning) and it would be lovely if you reacted to their choreography; it's a pretty edm-y song but on the angstier side so there are kind of like hints of contemporary in the choreo but of course it still has that seventeen flare sorry this was so long i got too excited and carried away but i only see very few channels that go into detail about choreos like you do and i subbed the moment i viewed your first video ahah but thank you for coming to my ted talk and i look forward to seeing your channel grow
If you have the time you should check out some older seventeen dances. Their sound used be really funk inspired which lead to very jazzy and energetic dances. I think you would those a bit more. (Plus their is screaming at the beginning since you seemed disappointed about that.) I recommend mansae and very nice (which is probably their most iconic dance).
I have to say, I really enjoy that you do these videos without a bunch of cuts. It's not that I dislike jump cuts(I actually really enjoy that as well), but it shows how educated you are and also gives us your first, very initial reaction.
Thanks for doing a great reaction/analysis for Seventeen's choreography. I have really liked them and it's great to get a little bit more of an understanding on their work. I appreciate all the work you do for the reactions. Here are some more Seventeen recommendations: If you like musical-like choreography, Seventeen has one called "Pretty U". React to the Love ver. The Letter ver. is the view of the choreo from the back. For old-school type of choreo, you can try Very Nice. It was inspired by Michael Jackson. They always do interactions in their choreography and I would recommend Don't Wanna Cry and Thanks for a more contemporary? style. I don't really know what you would call it but it's like more connected and fluid movements. I think. In my opinion. For a workout choreography, you can try Call Call Call. The members said it was one of their most stamina-draining one because there's not much of a rest period in the choreo. And, I'm also going to add to this list, Boom Boom. Just because of the synchronised bounces and jumps they did in this one.
I really enjoy your videos! I find it hard to find reaction videos I actually like, but the way you analize the moves and talk in a way that shows you actually know what you are talking about, makes the video 100x better. Keep doing you (:
Hello! I've really enjoyed your videos so far. I like it when people explain like so detailed, like you, because even a person who doesn't major in dance and doesn't know the terms, would be able to learn new words, to understand it and see these amazing dances through somehow more professional way. Thank you so much! You shoul see A.C.E by the way. Maybe Cactus and Undercover (their debut and latest song). Also Ateez, they are a newer group that debuted just last year, but every single one of them is an amazing dancer.
I'm actually really glad that you're honest in your reactions bc I've seen A LOT of youtubers mindlessly hype up a dance and overreact to stuff thats wasn't that big just bc they know the people watching the reaction are fans of the group and they want more views/subscribers
You were saying how you like how they juxtapose their fast and sharp movements with the slow and controlled ones... you've REALLY got to watch *Don't Wanna Cry* you're going to love it
I love this reaction! Thank you for reacting to this. When you mentioned the part in getting closer being a rest section, but then seemed a bit disappointed that it ended, I think it would be worth you knowing that I believe that they choreograph some of their songs so that they blend seamlessly into the next one. They start one in the same place that another ended, so that their performances can flow nicely
Seventeen is one of the cooler band in dance practice. Their harmony is impressive and they produce themselves their songs. You should react to Seventeen's dance practice "VERY NICE", "HOME" "DON'T WANNA CRY", "MANSAE" and "THANKS"
Yasss finally seventeen’s analysis They’re the 3rd gen king of synchronization king and their somgs are so versatile, many dancer reactor said they’re the king of level and dynamic and transitions *Please react more to Seventeen!! Love u*
Thank you so so much for this reaction!! I really enjoyed this video. I hope you will react to their other choreographies in the future! Hope you're having a great day ^^
there are so many people on this site who are "dancers react to [blank] kpop group," but none of them ever really mention the technical aspects like you do, and it's so refreshing. i really enjoy watching your videos because then i learn instead of watching people freak out over choreo that just looks cool. side note: i think you would really like a.c.e., especially "under cover"
thank you for this reaction, this is my first time watching you and I love how passionate you are about dance. it's also super interesting to hear your explanations of different moves, it gives me an even greater appreciation for the choreography than I already had. I hope you react to more seventeen in the future, I'm looking forward to it!!
Thank you so much for the reaction to seventeen! There are so much more good dance practises from them sooo... :))) Some of my favorites are crazy in love, thanks and don't wanne cry but pretty u is also really creative and more cute
Thanks for the reaction! I think you would enjoy very nice, since it's a very fun more funky choreo and lilili yabbay! this last one is made by SVT's performance unit but the choreo is SUPER creative and interesting. Good job with your reactions! It's great seeing such detailed insight and genuine words, also it's lovely seeing how much you enjoy dancing!!
i really love your reaction bcs me personally have a interest in dances and the way you explain what type of choreo is that just make me feel educated 💗 , by the way u should watch taemin - move he's choreo is very unique and based on what i get from your video you really like slow moves and he does it a lot in that choreo
I love your honest, technical reactions Grace! If you check out more Seventeen, I definitely recommend Don't Wanna Cry, which has a lot of contemporary elements, and Very (Aju) Nice, with some great prop usage and formations! The performance team, and especially their leader Hoshi, all take part in choreographing for the group and they never fail to impress me!
I recently came across your channel and you're one of the few reactors who feels genuine to me ;; your comments are always interesting to hear for a dance noob like me because you're making me notice things I would've never seen by myself lol also it's not relevant but you're super pretty too snbfdbs I'll be the only one requesting (more like recommending) this because they're not that popular but given your interest for synchronized, large groups with interesting formations I'd love to know your thoughts on Golden Child! They're the most synchronized rookie group there is tbh and not many people know about them but they're super talented!! I'd recommend What Happened, I see you, Sea... they also recently did a special performance/mash-up of boy groups' popular songs and they mixed a lot of different choreos in a clever way (they released a dance practice for it, that's why I'm mentioning it). Anyway, thank you for the educational and cute content you put out!!
I really like how you explain everything that you pause at. I dance but I’ve never taken proper classes or lessons so learning the correct terminology is really cool. Also if you’d like more large-numbered groups with great synchronicity I’d reccomend to you The Boyz Giddy Up or No Air.
Thank you for this! I really like you're really sincere about your opinion c: Love how you pointed out some moves that may not look that hard or flashy but deserves recognition!
yeah, I really like the way they use their numbers, too. thanks is my favorite choreography, because it has so many different formations, like they literally lined up in the letters thx at some point lol
i really appreciate your reactions ! theyre very in depth and i love seein an honest opinion from someone whos not already a fan. that being said i do have a few recommendations i hope you consider reacting to! ten - devils dance practice (this choreo is from when he was on a dance based competition show) ten - dream in a dream sf9 - now or never ten is one of the main dancers in nct and he does a lot of choreo videos (both from his own solo songs and using other ppl’s songs) so id love to see your reaction to him!
if you liked these you should for sure watch seventeen’s aju nice, good to me, and thanks dance practices, also pretty u if you want to see some fun use of prop! also if you’d like something kind of funny that showcases their crazy synchronisation, they danced to Dont Wanna Cry at 2x speed on weekly idol and it’s...amazing
it's really cool how you analyze the dance from the perspective of a professional dancer with the terminology and constructive comments! i would also recommend thanks and call call call from seventeen as well, as many people consider them to be one of svt's hardest choreos stamina and skill wise
What I find really impressive about seventeen is that they literally do everything. They make their own choreographies, write their lyrics and produce their music
Seventeen is a self-producing group where they produced their music and choreographed their dance by their own.. They have 13 members but divided into 3 sub units which are Vocal Unit (singing), Hip Hop Unit (rapping) and Performance Unit (dancing).. Woozi is their main producer and the leader of vocal unit (the rest also produced their track like Vernon and involved in lyrics writing) and have Hoshi as their main choreographer (and the leader of performance unit).. Hoshi is obsessed with angles, that's why they are so synchronized when dancing.. Hoshi is a genuis choreographer to me.. He always has unique idea to put in their choreo making them stand out from other groups.. I love how he choreographed their dance (with help from performance unit) and consider member's capability so that all of them could shine in their own when performing.. Like you said in the vid, they interact a lot cause having 13 members in a group is quite disadvantage because they will have less screen time so Hoshi always arrange their position in their choreo so all members could shine and not being forgotten.. Even Woozi did that too.. He produces songs where all members could show their singing ability.. S.Coups is the leader of Hip Hop Unit and overall leader of the group.. Hip Hop Unit write their own rap and mixtapes.. I really respect them and their brotherhood so much.. To SEVENTEEN, members are not just working team, they are family.. That why they never leave anyone behind and tried the best to let everyone shines..
Thank you for reacting to Seventeen! It's so nice to see a classical dancer reacting to kpop dances. A lot of the other dancers who react on youtube tend to be hip hop dancers or have hip hop experience and it's nice to hear someone with classical knowledge react. I think if you ever have time you should check out Seventeen's slower dances because as a dancer with classical training I found them amazing! Don't Wanna Cry, Thanks, Home, Without you/I'm wearing a hat and Lilili Yabbay are all amazing. The acting and emotion in them isn't overdone like I have seen in other attempts at emotional pieces and their fluidity is amazing. I also love that Seventeen is willing to be more touchy than other groups, like in Lilili Yabbay they touch each other a lot more than I have seen in other groups. Also, Lilili Yabbay is the Performance unit of Seventeen, so the four dancer/choreographers for the group.
Omg, thank you so much for this reaction. Getting closer is by far one of their hardest choreographies along with DWC and Thanks and it will be a dream if you react to it. Amazing video btw thank you for reacting to Seventeen!
"I know him because he's short" why is this so funny to me?
(Also I feel like that's why he was the first member I could recognize)
When i saw for the first time a svt performance I thought “who is this little guy next to those trees??” Kkkkkkkk
ME TOO SIS JKHDAKJ
We all start somewhere
she said in the other vid that she herself is short, so this is probably why she knew about him.
for me it was his strawberry snow cone hair in manse

Oh please react to Loona - Butterfly dance pratice
shimada Answer yesss
UPPP
Omg yess i feel like butterfly and color (and all their songs) have great choreographies
Yes please
YASSS this comment should be on the top
If you really like how they are interacting and having fun you should watch their other songs Manse, and Pretty U
You can even make a part 2!!
Can you react to The Boyz next?
~'No Air' dance practice

YES an intellectual
Giddy up is my favourite choreography...
YES
HELL YES
especially bloom bloom is such a good choreo
Yesssss
Reacting to seventeen thank you soooo much! I love them so much. They make their own choreo songs etc. Theyre a self produced group and theyre known as that in korea 💖💖💖 i love them and i hope more people can get to know them more. They are super wonderful and they are currently the 2nd biggest selling group in korea. Thank you for this and i look forward to more content. 💖💖
Pilar Gonzalez OH YES SISSSS ❤️🔥
Tell em gurl!!
*I would really love it if you could react to Lilili Yabbay but the performance unit please.*
Lilili Yabbay is a must watch! It's amazing.
Omg yasss this is a must
ooh yes i really loved watching that one
such a good reaction, I should react to THANKS by seventeen too
I love hearing your thoughts on the technicalities of the dances, and from such a talented dancer herself 👏
I think you may like seventeens mv for lilili yabby, even the camera works so well with the dance and it was all one take. Its just the performance unit so only 4 members but yeah I think you might enjoy it :3
Hi! Thanks for reacting to seventeen ! If you have time could you please react to Exo next ?
'exo - monster dance practise'
'exo- the Eve dance practise'
'exo- electric kiss dance practise'
Ooh la la la, that is a tall order ;)
The Eve😍✨
Btw, seventeen are a fully self-produced group, which means the dance unit created their choreography 😊
Woozi was also supposed to be a part of the performance team. He writes/produces all their songs. He has a sort've dance solo during Don't Wanna Cry.
Seventeen are definitely the best group when it comes to dancing
This is honestly my favorite reaction channel overall. You speak very well, and choose your words perfectly. Your reactions are genuine and that makes it great, so many people just smile and pretend to love everything.
Thanks for the awesome reactions!
Thank you so much for reacting to Seventeen! The members, mainly Hoshi and the performance unit, choreograph all the dances! It would be awesome if you would check out some more of their dance practices so you can see how truly versatile they are!
Seventeen self-produces their music and choreography! You should check out Pretty U, Don't Wanna Cry and Thanks choreography.
hi, can you react to loona? they are a twelve member group with beautiful choreographies and i specifically recommend butterfly!
사나 HELLO FELLOW ORBIT - satellite heat and colors tho
Adam Bouchouchi True!!
'Thanks' and 'Don't Wanna Cry' are another two Seventeen songs that have an amazing choreography. Love your videos!
You’re reaction is really honest, and I really appreciate that.
thank your for reacting to seventeen and and for being so sincere!
and thank you for keeping your reaction real, we appreciate that a lot :)
Please react to Seventeen Good to me, Oh my, Adore you dance practice PLEASEEEE ❤️❤️❤️
Woah Good to me is the best
The fact that you take the time to explain the steps and all is actually so cute and interesting because we learned much more about the dance than if we just watch it again and again to try and learn it. I love watching your vids omg
Seventeen does their own choreography. They self produce
what i love the most about seventeen's performances is how organic they feel. they are not just random pieces put together, they were developed together since the members make the song and the choreography from even before their debut. they are very familiar with eachother so they know what to highlight and how to make up for shortcomings. there's like a funny compilation on youtube of them all making the same random mistakes at the same time, that's how much in harmony they are lol
for seventeen it's the opposite the tall members have to get down lower to match everyone's hight.
Thanks for being honest and taking so much time out of your day for this!!
This is my first time watching your reaction video especially to the kpop group I stan the most, Seventeen. I must say I appreciate it a lot how you genuinely compliment and see through details of their work as they’re known for “self-producing idol”. Again, I felt grateful for it. Gonna look forward for more .☺️😊🤗🥰
React to Ateez: Pirate King, Hala Hala, Say My Name
Andressa Borges atiny nation💙💙
Also she can react to Wave and Illusion.
yassss
Christian Paredes thank you so much! ❤️
Please continue doing reactions, it's really fun and informative it's a real pleasure to hear you comment in so much detail
There are just so many dances you could react to; you could also see the full videos of the "hardest choreos" that you reacted to too, most of them are really good
if you love formations you'll definitely love seventeen's 'thanks' dance practices. literally my favourite, nothing ever beats it lol
thank you for appreciating seventeen's talent!!! you put into words so many of the reasons why I love watching them dance so thank you
I'm glad you enjoy their dances ^^ I hope you would do more SVT reactions on the future
SVT really are the dance legends of Kpop! They're always so in sync and their dances look so pleasing to the eye? It just,,, I love it, lol!
great reaction, i love all the information you gave about all the different moves!! i'd love to see what you think about seventeen's dance for pretty u, since imo it's very unconventional. i'm looking forward to what videos come next!
they're quite free with rearranging the choreo, like 14:46 in this video they always freestyle that part during live performances; they also changed the chorus of pretty u because once joshua (who's the center during this part) got the counts wrong and rushed a beat but somehow they made it look like a cool ripple effect; the acting parts for adore u and mansae always change as well; there's also how they put moves in the choreo for one specific member like in our dawn is hotter than day they make seventeen's logo and they put woozi at the bottom of the formation just so he could cross his arms and do the wakanda forever sign (yep he's a huge marvel nerd and black panther is his fave). anyways they're full of these little things xD
Oh! And *Home*, it plays with the speed and control too
I always get so excited when I see you post a new video!!! I love how genuine you are and how transparent you are about your opinions!! Your dance videos are so so so cute and absolutely no one has the right to tell you what you can or can’t say or do!
Thank you so much for reacting to Seventeen❤❤
They have different units inside this group. I would recommend checking out the performance team's choreography. They are the ones who choreograph their dances. And you were correct when you were guessing woozi 😀
I really enjoyed your reaction, I love watching dance practices but I can never name or describe the moves performed so it's nice to have someone explain them :)
Have you watched Seventeen's Don't Wanna Cry choreo ? It was in the "hardest kpop dances" video you reacted to and it's really beautiful. Hoshi (one of Seventeen's members and their main choreographer) said he watched a lot of contemporary dance to make Don't Wanna Cry's choreo and you can really see the influence.
15:47 you’d enjoy a lot of other svt choreos then! they tend to have pretty different influences for each song/choreo they do, like Thanks, Home, and Don’t Wanna Cry are more contemporary, Pretty U and Oh My are more theatrical & playful, and Who & Call Call Call have some stepping influences
you don’t have to react to them, but i do hope you check out their other dances too :D
I really enjoy listening to your commentary, you're paying great attention de details and explain your way of thinking or the moves and that's really interesting. You're also very objective with your critisism and it's nice to hear.
I'll watch more of your reactions, you have me hooked
im so happy with this reaction ㅠㅠ and youre so cute! thank you for reacting to our boys, kinda sad that you didnt choose to react to Pretty U as well it'd be completely baffling if you watch them one after another bc Pretty U is very musical-like performance with super poppy happy music! i hope you'll react to them again but i'd understand if youre not going to, you do you girl 💚
honestly these videos make me want to be best friends with you lmaoo
seventeen is one of my ult (or ultimate bias) groups mainly because their choreos are all so interesting in their own way, and as someone who is also interested in dance (although not entirely as experienced as you ahaha) they really stand out to me
they're best known as a self-producing group, they produce their own music (that one member you know, Woozi, makes most of their tracks), write their own raps and choreograph their own dances, and they always keep wanting to improve every time, making their performances even more interesting since they pour so much of themselves to them.
and if you're a sucker for formations and unique dances whose inspirations can come from anything from trains to streetlights to video games, then seventeen are ya bois; their earlier songs like Adore U, Pretty U, Mansae and Very Nice are on the brighter, more youthful side while these later songs have tastes of a lot more different genres (another thing i love about them: they're dynamic and can pull off any concept) some of their other songs that arent really hiphop influenced are Home, Thanks and Oh My!
one of my personal favorites is Don't Wanna Cry (altho it's probs bc it was the era i started stanning) and it would be lovely if you reacted to their choreography; it's a pretty edm-y song but on the angstier side so there are kind of like hints of contemporary in the choreo but of course it still has that seventeen flare
sorry this was so long i got too excited and carried away but i only see very few channels that go into detail about choreos like you do and i subbed the moment i viewed your first video ahah but thank you for coming to my ted talk and i look forward to seeing your channel grow
Here are some more Seventeen recommendations:
If you like musical-like choreography, Seventeen has one called "Pretty U".
She should react to LOONA and The Boyz both are 12 member groups. From LOONA she should react to Butterfly and Colors and for The Boyz No Air and Boy
You were saying how you like how they juxtapose their fast and sharp movements with the slow and controlled ones... you've REALLY got to watch *Don't Wanna Cry* you're going to love it
One thing i love about your videos is how calm you talk💕 Also i recommend you to see the dance practice for ACE Under Cover
Yasss finally seventeen’s analysis
They’re the 3rd gen king of synchronization king and their somgs are so versatile, many dancer reactor said they’re the king of level and dynamic and transitions
*Please react more to Seventeen!!
Thank you so much for reacting to SEVENTEEN ❤️
thank you for this reaction, this is my first time watching you and I love how passionate you are about dance. it's also super interesting to hear your explanations of different moves, it gives me an even greater appreciation for the choreography than I already had. I hope you react to more seventeen in the future, I'm looking forward to it!!
Thank you so much for the reaction to seventeen! There are so much more good dance practises from them sooo... :)))
Some of my favorites are crazy in love, thanks and don't wanne cry but pretty u is also really creative and more cute
I recently came across your channel and you're one of the few reactors who feels genuine to me ;; your comments are always interesting to hear for a dance noob like me because you're making me notice things I would've never seen by myself lol also it's not relevant but you're super pretty too snbfdbs
I'll be the only one requesting (more like recommending) this because they're not that popular but given your interest for synchronized, large groups with interesting formations I'd love to know your thoughts on Golden Child!
Also if you’d like more large-numbered groups with great synchronicity I’d reccomend to you The Boyz Giddy Up or No Air.
woozi (5'5") can match his jump height to mingyu (6'2")
i love my talented king
Thank you for this! I really like you're really sincere about your opinion c: Love how you pointed out some moves that may not look that hard or flashy but deserves recognition!
yeah, I really like the way they use their numbers, too. thanks is my favorite choreography, because it has so many different formations, like they literally lined up in the letters thx at some point lol
i really appreciate your reactions ! theyre very in depth and i love seein an honest opinion from someone whos not already a fan. that being said i do have a few recommendations i hope you consider reacting to!
ten - devils dance practice (this choreo is from when he was on a dance based competition show)
ten - dream in a dream
sf9 - now or never
ten is one of the main dancers in nct and he does a lot of choreo videos (both from his own solo songs and using other ppl’s songs) so id love to see your reaction to him!
if you liked these you should for sure watch seventeen’s aju nice, good to me, and thanks dance practices, also pretty u if you want to see some fun use of prop! also if you’d like something kind of funny that showcases their crazy synchronisation, they danced to Dont Wanna Cry at 2x speed on weekly idol and it’s...amazing
it's really cool how you analyze the dance from the perspective of a professional dancer with the terminology and constructive comments! i would also recommend thanks and call call call from seventeen as well, as many people consider them to be one of svt's hardest choreos stamina and skill wise
Thanks for checking out Seventeen! I'd suggest also watching Thanks and Don't Wanna Cry by them and Butterfly by Loona ^^
What I find really impressive about seventeen is that they literally do everything. They make their own choreographies, write their lyrics and produce their music
you're a legend Im so happy to watch your insight
LOONA - Butterfly
This is one of the most different song and dance in Kpop. Especially for a girl group.
Please more seventeen!!
I really like all your explanations !
Omg, thank you so much for this reaction. Getting closer is by far one of their hardest choreographies along with DWC and Thanks and it will be a dream if you react to it. Amazing video btw thank you for reacting to Seventeen!
