I found through practicing the 7 day mental diet Joseph’s video. I found my inner voice. When idk what to do or if something is positive I ask, “what do I do” is this positive” sometimes it tells me to feel the emotion to release it, sometimes it tells me to drop the thought it is limited belief, tells me to go places when I’m doing sales, tells me when something is done and focus on flow. It literally brings me where I need to go. It knows all things and gives me direction. It is sooo insane, I have every answer and my best friend in me this whole time. It removes forcing and control. It shows me what’s blocking me. It’s absolutely nuts. I thank you Joseph for all you do

I've heard a voice (female, I'm male) when in deep imagination about a business man when it's in full operation. Didn't ask anything, but got one word and it was very helpful. In a trance I unexpectedly fell into, two voices came, but too faint with long as silences to catch almost anything, except for the name Michael spoken by a male voice. That came through loud and clear.

Adding to this** it gives me clear direction when my conscious mind is assured or confident of how something is. When I listen to the intuition, it is ALWAYS right. Idk how to explain it. Just know it’s in all of us and it’s amazing

**Remote Viewing** please. OMG, I think you must have read my mind cos I keep asking myself what I had experienced almost over a year ago. 'Remote Viewing' I believe. I was wide awake in a nail shop simply waiting my turn. They always have you tube playing on a large t.v screen. A beautiful slow song came on and all of a sudden I had this vision (like watching a clip from a movie) where I saw myself in let's say a life changing experience. I scanned my eyes across the scene as I was trying to work out who I was seeing. When I realised what it was trying to show me my eyes filled with tears and then the scene ended. I've never managed to experience it again, it was an unreal experience I'll never forget x

When I was a teen I used to practice all the lucid dreaming techniques and tried so hard to do it. Later when I learnt about the law of attraction and moved into spirituality I started becoming lucid in dreams very often without trying and it was usually to fly or to confront an 'enemy' by realizing I created the dream

yoooo you're astral projecting too! love it! I had a thought about AP and manifestation, like it may be the final key to finally wrap up all the months I spent on theory of the laws.
I had a handful of experiences in the astral realm, not very conscious but lucid enough to distinguish them from dreams.
The main thing I noticed is that everything I think happens instantly and that I'm always in my ideal state of mind, like I feel always pure in my emotions and my intent, as if 80% of my ego's bullshit was filtered out.
I also came to the conclusion that physical realm and astral realm are deeple interconnected being basically the same world withing consciousness/energy.
Only difference being that the physical is made of denser energy, so time and space do not happen instantly but are perceived in a linear and "slower" way by the entitiy that perceives it.
BUT if the 2 realms are actually the same thing where the only difference is frequency, it means that they can be conceived by the perceiving entity as the same realm, where the laws can be worked out in the same way through thought, only that in the physical they will manifest "slower" while in the astral they'll manifest "instantly".
So the bottom line is if I behave, feel and think like I do in the astral I will basically manifest everything but slower because of the physical laws; this is my take on this intricate current of thought

This explains why sometimes when I wrote an exam I'd finish in half the time and then you just have to sit and wait or sometimes they'd allow you to hand in your paper and leave early. Then other people would be like "They didn't give us enough time to finish that last section." But the once I was really preoccupied with other thoughts, I remember that day very clearly. I couldn't get into flow lol I couldn't sniff that exam paper and pick up a pen and just write as fast as possible, I was stressed about something else in my life and I noticed a few other people leave early and then I realized that I still had half my exam paper to go and I just made it. I didn't even care about the exam that day but I did find it strange that it took me much longer than usual.
I manifested my biggest request through practicing Taoism principles plus NG’s manifesting techniques. :)

Well the two are yin and yang, where yin is the feminine and feminine is receptive. It allows everything to happen without any movement, hence getting into your feminine energy. Yang is masculine so it's about action. And altho all people have both, it's usually a balance that creates harmony. Many women are stuck in masculine energies and hence they can't attract masculine men only feminine men, and vice versa. And some people I know actually prefer this, where I think the guy is very feminine and the woman is really dominant and she calls all the shots in the relationship and he actually prefers that. But regardless, it's this balance of energies that creates harmony.
