Glad this helped! Trying to fill in a gap when I can. Working on some more. Its hard to do alone :D Next one might be how to find mapping for pixel props (pushing pixels)
I’ve ran my entire show from an older pi I’m updating to a new one this year…you think it’s best to FPP connect from xlights…? I’ve got several Falcon controllers a couple pi hats and a beagle bone I really don’t want to screw everything up…lol I haven’t touched xlights since shutting it down last year
Very nice pc wall paper love it.
Thank you so much 😊
Thank you very much! I have been looking for a recent video about FPP that walks me through the set-up.

i always FPP connect, its simplier and can send over the models. I also upload from xlights to controllers
I plan on replcing my arduino with raspberry pi 4, Does it need a running pc to continue to play like arduino + vixen? or is it stand alone?
It is stand alone. it does have its own scheduler also.
Does it run back if the power is interrupted
yes. it boots back up and starts over. It has a scheduler you setup that runs the show.
Just started watching your tutorial, sounds like good information, but your images are blurry. Would be bettter for a newbie to have quality images.
What images, do you mean like the Screen capture I am doing?
Hey look me up on Facebook. Bensbackyardshop. Shoot me a message. Id like to understand what you mean, so I can improve it. Appreciate the comment
