Kin is honestly one of my favorite records of all time, and I’m 41 years old, been swimming in great music forever, but this is a special record, you want to talk about heavy, there is more then just sonic heaviness, the content on kin is as heavy as it gets, nice reaction 🙏
If you haven’t found out yet, Phil Bozeman lost both of his parents by the age of 15 under some traumatic circumstances and this album is about that and dealing with the duel personalities within himself fighting for his soul essentially, the evil, negative side and the other self that wants to just move forward and live a happy life
