This was very helpful. Thank you! I love Gigi and have listened to him talk about this. Still, I don't think I understand it as completely as I am capable of understanding it. This said, your video gets me closer! Would it be accurate to say that Bitcoin is time because, functionally, it is the only true clock? In other words, our time keeping devises ("clocks") don't really represent anything but a number ("time-stamp") which has no true correlation to anything that might be considered a real point or position in space. Bitcoin's time chain, however, is consistently and persistently confirmed by way of the numbers which constitute each block?

i tend to look at Bitcoin as a sort of truth machine, an immutable authenticated record keeping of history and more than that.. this, in my view, is the most valuable aspect of the bitcoin network. will hopefully write an article about that in the near future.

Everyone said it's great. However, does everyone understand this video? I don't understand most of the content even though I feel I have decent understanding of bitcoin.
It would be great if you can add more explanation instead of just snapshot the content from the book. For example, why without unpredictability, causality is meaningless.
