It's a good project with very good amneties and in a good location in close proximity to Hebbal and upcoming metro. However there are pending litigations WA 16566/2011 and WP 454/2014 in court, which affects the title of the land that project is built on. It's a quite tangled situation. However Hiranandani have given email assurances that the judgement will be in their favour. But when asked for comprehensive indemnity, they are denying it Also the sale deed falsely mentions the title is clear with no cases. This sale deed is being asked to sign by buyers. So buyers have to take calculated risk based on their risk apetite
