Nice video, I was wondering what the shoreline looked like. Did you fell you needed to walk down to Pilar beach? Or where you happy staying at the resort
We walked down to Pilar beach half way through our stay just for a change of pace, but you could happily stay on the resort all week! There are sand bars that are fantastic for swimming all along the Playa Pilar shoreline
@@ronjay2000 Power outlets all run at 220V, so check whatever charging cable you are using for it's rated power handling. Many chargers such as for cell phones can use 110-240V safely. If your device can only handle 120V, you will certainly need an adapter.
All passengers normally arrive directly to Cayo Coco airport, and are then picked up by the Iberostar shuttle to be taken to their resort of choice on the island.
The buffet was good with lots of selection, but left something to be desired at dinner. You will want to book dinners at one of the 4 sit down restaurants whenever possible. The Japanese Hibachi place is fantastic!
@@sherylc7391 The buffet states no bathing suits or flip flops, but this was not strictly enforced. For the 4 formal dining restaurants, you'll be fine with a collared shirt and trousers for the men, and any dress for ladies.
was there two years ago. Lovely resort, staff was wonderful. The food was actually good. Will go back when pandemic is over.
Just come back, will go back for sure!!!!!
Very useful, thanks! Couldn't figure out what the beach was like from photos alone
Omg this place looks great. Definitely going here
Going on the 15th AND SO EXCITED WATCHING THIS!!
ENJOY!!

Are there any snack bars, 24 hour spots or just the main buffet and the three other restaurants?
Some snack bars, but nothing 24hrs. Food was a definite weak point
Going here in a couple of weeks, this resort looks great! What kind of excursions are available?
Have a great time!
There are several excursions such as deep sea fishing, a trip into Havana, a cigar, rum, and sugar tour
@@LifestyleLab_ do you need a power plug adapter for the power outlet?

Hey! I’m going next week, I was just wondering how you get there? You went by plane to Cayo Coco airport? Or by taxi from somewhere else? Thanks
All passengers normally arrive directly to Cayo Coco airport, and are then picked up by the Iberostar shuttle to be taken to their resort of choice on the island.
Thanks! Is the transportation free? Or do I have to pay? I only wanna stay for a night or two
@@nicolepizana If you're registered to stay at the resort, the shuttle is free :)
