Inside the terminal there are two options: MTN and Airtel, outside there is also Africell. A prepaid Uganda sim card costs only about $1.5 USD and for $6 you get between 5 and 9 GB data depending on the mobile provider.

Do they take dollars? Can I pay by card? I won't have shillings at that time...
Thanks for a helpfull video ;) Can anyone experienced answer my questions? Am I right, that the full registration of a new sim card is possible right in Entebbe at the airport, and after it I will be able to buy a data bundle and start using it right from that moment? How long does the registration process take? I read about cancelling the OTT, the Social media tax. Is it true, I pay no more for using Whatsupp through Ugandan sim cards? Do someone have any experience with the connection of MTN or Airtel on the West Nile part of Uganda? We are planing to go to this part (from north to south to the west of Nile river) and I am not sure whether to go for MTN or Airtel. Thanks a lot ;)
See the link in description and all your questions will be answered
