Once perps are identified by police, y’all can do a trespassing report per your signs, and restraining order. If they ever steal even a screw (cameras) off your property, you can file criminal trespassing.

Hey guys the water wieght of 275 gal of water is 2285.5 pounds. A 2x4 on its edge can hold 300 pounds straight up and down a 1000 pounds. I don't know what your frame could hold. Your water container full was over a ton. It could be possible it just gave way at a week point or the ground gave way and it tipped over.. I am hoping that's the case. I hope this might make you feel a little safer. Please be safe and take care guys.Get your cameras up and running. If they drove in you would have probably heard them leave. This story is just as believable to me as Jason's trespasser story was when he was on his original tiny house property . I'm not buying it. Too much weight for 2x4 construction build and it collapsed on itself, is my guess.

If you have reported them multiple times to TH-cam and the local authorities it's time to take it to the next level. Slap them with a slander and/or liable suit. Sue them for more than five grand in order to make it stick. There is bound to be a Pro Bono lawyer who could help you. Alao, get a restraining order to protect Danielle. Be sure and show them the threats, slander, etc.

Good advice. People like these need to handled through the law. I believe The Crockers can get a restraining order. Once they collect more evidence. The verbal threat that was made on the pond scums channel is a threat to one’s safety. The judge will grant a restraining order. Plus if one of these pricks get shot on your property. The restraining order in place will help.

i know this is old video not sure if they find who did it . but if they don't have any proof there much cops can do about it . i have one my ex girlfriend destroyed my car, cut all 4 my tires and smash my windshield but cops couldn't do anything about it cuz i didn't see her doing it
A friend of mine went through the same thing. Amazing how it stopped when the judge saw the video of the people denying it on the video. And they paid dearly for it just in lawyer fees.

Get a private investigator to track their social media accounts
Harassment,stalking, and violence is illegal even online. There have been laws created against it. Find out the creator of the page and turn the info over to the sheriff and prosecuting attorney in your county. There have been others who have been arrested and charged from doing this online.

Jason, Add daylight and night vision cameras dvr with zoom lenses to capture license plates, vehicles trespassing, etc, with the coax cable buried in pvc underground so they can't cut your camera feeds. Add railroad spikes all along under your fence line every 12'. Your main objective is don't let them intimidate you or harass you. Carry at all times. My family and I unfortunately experienced habitual violators who attempted to force us from our 100 year family homestead and farm land, the cameras kept the malevolent individuals away from our home and property. Cameras and dogs don't lie, adopt two German shepherd's, you won't regret them they will help to protect you, your friends and your family. Keep up the videos, they're very good and educational! Jason, I am 69 and have camera's up all over my property in Texas. Purple paint on my pasture fences. Because, they kept pulling no trespassing signs off. But, I would be poed big time. Pulling rain water system down which is legal in state of Texas. Someone would get hurt. My niece bought me a tee shirt that says Don't mess with old people we didn't get this old by being stupid.

Are y'all positive about this? A full 275 gal. tote would weigh over a ton, even more if it's one of the larger ones. To me, those 2x4 legs look pretty spindley. All it would take is a slight shift in weight, a little sink into the ground of one leg... oh, well, if you got cameras, it sure wouldn't hurt.

I dont know about were they are but we got robbed a few months ago and they did nothing for us. Come to find out their is a massive crew hitting NW Arkansas-Mo-Ks and Ok . They cant figure out who is doing it and alot of farms out this way have been hit.

They were bragging about they information they "dug up" on his property. I told them that Jared has already said in a video that he was still paying off that property and that they need to educate themselves on what EQUITY is. I believe that you are neighbors with some law enforcement officers, that might help to solve some of your problems.
Playing devils advocate, If the water collection tank was at least 1/2 to 2/3rds full whitout blocks or other such thing under the the legs to distribute the weight evenly the shear weight of the tank could force the lumber to twist and bend because no matter how sure you are that the ground is 100% level (at the time of the build) the sheer weight and length of time the tank was up could cause it to tumble. Just like someone trying to save some thats fallen through the ice they streach out their body flat on the ice so their body weight spreads out evenly to keep the ice from caving in under their weight. You need cement blocks or some other way to distribute the weight. Just saying this could be an act of lesson learned. But if other things are happening to you guys then all avenues do need to be looked into! Good Luck

I saw it right away. That platform for the water tank was not sturdy enough. The boards are bowed. It crashed because of to much weight for it to handle..jmo
Another devils advocate .... how can someone get on the property during the day hours while one of you are there and not be seen or heard? To pull that water tank over using a strap you would have to tie it to some kinf of vehical , truck, car, or 4 wheeler , personaly only a truck would be able to. But how can all that happen and leave no tire tracks what so ever .. unles im not seeing them some how , but there js no tire track in this video . I dont believe they would set this up just for hits and cash . They probley do believe some one did it. But from what im seeing and hearing some things dont add up to that story . I like these guys and its wrong for anyone to harrass anyone . And i hope its not the case . But this could very well be just a accident that they precieve to be something else.

Maybe it was not anyone doing anything to Shadang ranch. The water container may of just fell over. Try to make it sturdier when putting it back up. Regardless of wheather it was an accident or on purpose just go one and let it all go. Its one's farm and yall will make it a good one. Let the big guy in the sky keep total score. Its not about any of us, we are all just people. We are all to play fair with one another.

I'm so sorry that they destroyed your water tank and stand. I will never understand how one person can damage or destroy what belongs to another person, just to try and push one step back on your own property. Y'all should definitely get the law involved , just in case at some point you should be needed to physically defend yourselves or your property. Stay safe, please.

That shop may have been used for multiple purposes 😉 before you guys bought it. If your neighbor that's a cop has a drug dog, it might be good to let them take a stroll over the grounds, through the shop and barn. People don't normally get that upset over losing their hunting property...but then their actions/obsessions are far from normal.
