Information and Tech is not the only carrier option. Think about doing commerce, MBA from good universities ( how many of us know that anyone can apply to Delhi University. DU has world class Econ and commerce college like , hansraj, Sri Ram, St Stephen’s). Even Mumbai has some amazing commerce colleges. After your bachelors in commerce or econ, you can do CFA or CPA certification and get job in tier one American and European banks which are now moving to India. Or even in Private Equity companies like Apollo and KKR who are running their Indian operations in full swing. CFA and CPA does not need any investment but it needs some serious time commitment . These are American certification programs which can be done in relatively less out of pocket expenses. Don’t think IT as the only designation. In my opinion, Indian IT sector is saturated and unless we move to move in to more innovative areas like AI we won’t generate new jobs. India produces millions of engineers every year but IT industry can absolve only five lacks jobs. So there is a mismatch. Indian IT exports are stagnant at 250Billion USD a year
The more experience and knowledge you get, you become calmer and deep in your thoughts. Mahesh dada is best example of how a person should speak and communicate peacefully which is music to ears and we become eager to hear their views. Also he is very good listener which is clearly seen.
Thank you so much for conducting this podcast with both Priyanka di and Mahesh dada. Would love to see another podcast on some other topics.😇😇. All the best for this new initiative.
Really enjoyed today's podcast... we already had many videos regarding engineering and it jobs, so now please make a podcast for Pharmacy students studying B.Pharm or Pharm.D as Priyanka mam work in pharma company I would love to see some content on pharmacy or healthcare it. Best wishes to both of you
माझ्या अनुभवानुसार first job or campus placement लाच कॉलेज background matter करत परत जे shifts होतात ते skill based च होतात mostly याचा अर्थ असा नाही की 11-12th बोंबलत घालवावी पण जर तुम्ही capable असाल तर 12th लाच आर या पार म्हणून तयारी करा आणि तरीपण चुका झाल्या तर मात्र इंजिनिअरिंग ची चार वर्ष झिझेपर्यंत घासली तरी तुम्ही चांगली out campus vr job काढू शकाल.
I can easily predict Mahesh Dada's work experience roughly through his speaking style and keeping it really very sober on point & maintaining professional IT attitude. Comms skills are must to survive in a IT firm! At the end Hardwork and willingness to learn gives you a really amazing journey . Looking forward for more such podcast ( plz include Mr. Mahesh Raut ) without fail 👍
Dada🙏🏻, Next video/podcast topic suggestions: For those who just started their new IT journey or going to start. 1. Product based company or service based company . 2. Pros cons of working in management companies (jp morgan, morgan stanley..) banks (icici, citi, hsbc… ) ,software (as covered in point 1) companies etc. 3. How to deal with harassments , stress management in corporate sector. As the upcoming season of campus placements / internships it would be helpful to freshers as well as industry’s new comers like me :) Note: I know there are many companies but I mentioned those that I remembered till now .

I have a question as madam told about the PIP process I think they talk about only one side of the coin, suppose one employee has joined MNC as fresher and he worked in a project he did good in that project and now project has over then he/she got released from the project. Now he is on the bench and as we know there will be an aging period of 60 or 90 days after that if u don't get new project they put them in the PIP and somehow because of xyz reason she/he failed to clear that exam. They may possibly give naral. So in this situation what should that person do? He/She doesn't clear the exam it doesn't mean that person is not capable of it. What will be the possible way to escape from this situation. Basically how to remove the fear of PIP?
Dada mala ek question aahe jar koni asa aahe jyacha btech computer science madhe zala aahe but tyala proper guide karnara tyachya ghari koni navhta ani after doing btech he realized that he has no interest in coding so what can he do to sustain in this field is there any other option? Please cover this question in next part of podcast I really need your guidance and rest this podcast is very nice and informative I really enjoyed it
