A home by the beach is my DREAM!. Love the layout, the colours, the simple yet so beautiful and functional kitchen. I also have a picnic basket like yours and love to use it with my husband and kids. The loft is awesome, looks super cozy. Love the simplicity, kind of minimalist look of this home and of course the best part, the VIEW!!! 😍😍

While the Malibu home is beautiful, it would be more of a weekend getaway for me. But, hands down, I prefer the Bel Air home. Every room is spacious, love the décor, the floors look like marble, the kitchen (WOW!), and the large backyard is absolutely fabulous, but I would put in a swimming pool. I could definitely live in that home. It's gorgeous, Adrienne!
Bel air home is more loved. This "malibu" house is a perfect horror scene situation.

Cafe con leche since I'm a little girl too! Love it Love it Love it!! Til this day, nothing brings me more comfort than a good Cafe Con Leche - I use Bustelo espresso to make it.
This master bedroom is not as extra as the one in Bel air (my fav), I love love love this house, it's so chilled and effortless. But the Bel air one is my favourite because it's so homey and cosy

Lol it’s sooo funny cuz my mom also had coffee with milk on her bottle when she was a baby until she was older.
Although she is soo short , lol she blames the coffee.

Girl, you are not alone. I completely agree! Like, what's the point of spending a buttload and being all posh and creating/owning/renting/buying/having a beach house with no actual beach?!?!?! That's just land, rocks, H2O.....a beach is SAND + H2O...ugh! I guess Californians have a different definition for beach....I live in Florida...hahaha.
The tide has to go out then there’s sand I’m assuming you don’t live by water
OK i was shocked but in Europe, they have rock beaches.. Like they dont associate sand with beach. So i would go to a beach people would recommend and its all rocks... At least you dont get dirty or sticky. Thats the positive i guess
