- We’re pleased to report significant progress on our Liverpool project as we move into the next stages of construction.
The groundworks have now been completed, and as you can see from the latest images, the concrete ground slab has fully cured according to our engineers’ specifications. This solid foundation is a crucial step in preparing for the upcoming construction phases, which are expected to begin shortly. With the groundwork set, the next stage will see the building rise steadily as we continue our efforts to deliver the project on time and on target.
Alongside the physical progress, Integritas Property Group has been working on securing the necessary financial backing to drive the project forward. We are in the final stages of securing a £20 million loan from Brydg Capital, which will provide the financial resources needed to keep the development moving smoothly. This funding will ensure we can maintain the current pace of construction and meet our planned targets for the next phases.
Meanwhile, the design phase is advancing at a good pace. Our team is focused on finalising the detailed architectural and engineering plans, ensuring everything is ready for the next stages of construction. This involves close coordination between our designers, contractors, and project managers, making sure every aspect is well-prepared and aligned with the project’s goals. As we move into the next phase, we are confident that the project will continue to progress as planned.
In addition to the ongoing work on the Liverpool project, we are pleased to announce the completion of Bastion Point, which is now fully ready to welcome its first group of residents. Bastion Point, a smaller counterpart to our Central Point development, has reached a key stage with the final touches in place and all systems operational. This marks a significant step as we open the doors to a new community and prepare to welcome the first occupants into their homes.
Looking ahead, we are on track for the completion of Central Point next year. This project remains a central focus for the team, who are committed to delivering it to the highest standards.
As we approach the final stages, we are working closely with our contractors and partners to ensure everything is on schedule. The entire team is dedicated to ensuring that all aspects of the project, from construction to finishing details, meet our expectations and those of our investors.
