I have 3 year sponsorship but I am moving back to India within 1.5 yrs..am i eligible for claiming ihs refund for rest of the period for me and my wife??

Mam actually someone promise me he give me work visa but he told me , you only give me ihs certificate then I sent you visa , is I pay for ihs certificate without visa apply he also told me you are not send me any kind of money I cannot do this , you do yourself mam please reply ASAP Thanks

Tough question.. But I think you might have to ignore this 1 month because you get refund in against of IHS Payment number. Minimum period that we show is for six months but in this IHS Number you have only worked for one month.. And when you apply for graduate VISA, You will have new IHS Number. Isn't that right?
It might be because your refund is of only 6 months. Again after you work for another 6months, may need to apply again for refund. Can you help me to know if i am working in care sector, can i apply for refund of myself and my dependent as well??

Not really sure.. But there might be a way.. When you made the payment of IHS from debit or credit card. It might have reflected in that statement in that month. Try to take a look but I am not sure..

Yes you are eligible.. You get refund for whatever period you worked for in health sector..
