    Awesome! It worked. My tensioner doesn't look like your original tensioner, or the one in the manual. It just goes from 0° to 25°. Maybe they cheaped out on that part. Maybe my dealer will give me a new one or replace it. They told me it is under warranty. 1000 hours or 6 months, something like that. Either way the level of ease it looks to be to replace, I'm happy, i appreciate you taking the time to show it

      Haha I thought it was the track too! I swapped the tracks as a first step. It was way easier to change the tensioner! Hindsight is 50/50!

    Another issue I have had on all pullies is the bearing will go bad and the belt will drag across the pully, that is usually a constant noise. Good job on that fix!!

    That awkwardly placed tensioner bolt looks to be addressable via that side panel under the right lift arm. May help in the future.

    Why not contact the Bobcat dealer and let them listen to the noise over the phone with an explanation from you re symptoms?? Instead of randomly guessing the issue??

    • @GCFD
      @GCFD  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It wasn't a random guess. I saw the belt was a little bit loose and replaced the tensioner. This would explain the squeak and the loss of power. Nailed it.

    • @knighthauler4792
      @knighthauler4792 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GCFD OK, you had access to the belt. In the case of my clothes dryer, I didn't without uninstalling it. So I recorded the dryer running and fed it back to the repair firm I use. They told me it was crud on the fan motor pulley. So I pulled the appliance out. There was some buildup of lint in clumps on the pulleys which was removed. The squeak was in a carrier bearing b/w the motor driveshaft and the motor pulley. So my tensioner was fine, it would have been a wrong guess.
      Anyway, glad it worked out.
