Majority of investment is coming from Bangalore ...not Mumbai ..... Bangalore locals are heavy investing tier 2 cities like mangalore ,Hubli , belgaum 👍

Mangalore is closely attached to Mumbai & Gulf. Hence Mangalore is attracting investments from these regions.

@@KhiladiTravellerlol..what a joke…Mukesh Ambani of Mumbai has personal networth more than whole GDP of Bengaluru…his wife Nita Ambanis ..Ghaagra,lehengas cost is more than vidhana soudha building….Mumbai has tata, Birla, Damani, Adani, godrej,Jhunjhunwala…multibillionairs…what does poor Bengaluru have??
And most important thing..Bangalore is not driving any economy of mangalore..there is literally Zero investment from any big shots of Bengaluru..but vice versa..there are plenty of Mangaloreans who are part of development of Bengaluru, be it hoteliars or hospital magnate like Devi shetty or RN Shetty or Manipal group ..list is very big
The builders who build 20 to 50 floor buildings in Mangalore are basically local mangalore builders only
Get to know the facts first

Locals can't afford as maintenance is too high and keeps on increasing every year. Never buy by taking huge amount of loan.

Local salaries cannot afford these 1 crore plus priced apartments. Even Infosys Mangalore pays only 25 thousand rupees per month. Only NRIs are investing hoping to jack up the rental market.

What's the use of so much skyscrapers for a small city like Mangalore? Most of the apartments are lying vacant here. Other two tier cities may have skyscrapers like Mangalore but they are much more developed than Mangalore in terms of infrastructure and employment. We are only good at making fun of other place people for no reason that's it

Thank you for your views. Mangalore is no longer a small city. Job opportunities are increasing rapidly. Many well-known brands are heading towards this city. We can see lots of developments here in the coming days. The population too is expected to hike rapidly. Hence we can find huge developments in real estate.
