      I LOVE when coaches make their sprinters run the 4x4. One, it makes them better runners, and two, it builds character. I make all my sprinters run the 4x4. They all cry and stomp their feet and hate me for a while, but they never disappoint. Their speed always makes them run great splits and by the end of the season they're all glad they ran it.

    omg he keeps saying miami florida... he means Gainesville Florida.

      @user-ty5em5lh6g 4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      No. He meant University of Miami because of the orange uniforms...but they're not even in the race lol. Then he kept referring to South Carolina as Florida. He always makes mistakes...but this was a lot in a short period of time

      I would love for her to be more of a success. I think she needs a new coach or a new race stategy

      Kriston Cartwright I wouldn’t say she need a new coach. She and buford-bailey have done some amazing things. I just don’t think she fully adjusted to being a pro athlete. I do feel she needs to get back to the race modeling she used in college. Attacking the first 200 in 23 seconds and pushing the last half. I also think having these world class training partners she now have will help

      @@donovanrobinson1843 maybe not a new coach, but from what I've seen for the last 2 seasons the hard first 200 doesn't transition well for the last part of her race and I do believe she hasn't gotten quite comfortable with the pro life and I think she maybe having some mental breaks. I really wish to see her shine though

      Kriston Cartwright i want her to win so bad and reach the success her collegiate career promised but one thing for sure she is reliable on a relay her and allyson proved that this past worlds. But lets not forget she is the reigning world indoor 400m champion.
