Hi, your video is really very nice. I would suggest to add more information in description and add tag in video, probably subscribers and views will start increasing. Also add your email or any contact so that audience can contact you for further information about water. All the best 👍
Thank you for the comment . Description and tag I am adding but not in detail. Contact information i never thought of. I also see you are also from water background , it’s nice to get connect.
@@WATERCAMPUS99 I know the initial struggle as a TH-camr, but I would say keep sharing your knowledge... we all are learning from each other, Lots of people need the information and your knowledge, keep sharing it. Thanks a lot, these words will surely motivate me to work more hard for sharing knowledge with others. Rightly said that by sharing knowledge we also learn a lot.
Hi, I have a question. I'm designing a desalination process to produce potable water for a small community near the cost (1000 habitants), the idea it's to obtain the seawater by a well bench (subsurface-intake) because has better quality than raw seawater (open-intake). But am having issues with the pretreatment. I'm just considering just using UF as pretreatment then RO and the post-treatment to obtain the quality of potable water. But I'm having issues with the use of acids in the intake water (sulfuric acid) because it is known that at lower ph the formation of bicarbonates it's reduced but the seawater has an acceptable range of Ph and UF, RO has a good range in PH terms. So my question is it is necessary to adjust the ph??. I'm using the WAVE software to simulate the process but am stuck with this part
First of all its really a good cause for proving clean water for drinking purpose. Inlet ph has to be maintained around 6-7. As pretreatment use filters also before UF. This will increase both life abd reduce chemical consumption.
@@WATERCAMPUS99 Thank you, that's a piece of good advice. The last question, do you know if the software provides post-treatment chemicals ???. In case it doesn't provide it, do you know a software where can I simulate de posttreatment ??
can we still choose seawater flux range if we are using ultrafiltration before RO? Do you have any tutorial on RO-UF integration with an energy recovery device?
Thanks alot for the detailed explanation
sir backround music volume thoda kam kijye to hear you clear
info was very gd
Thanks alot. Learnt a lot😊

Yes
UF act as just saftey to RO. So choose sea water flux with UF also .
Ok , as you require will make tutorial for energy recovery device.
I only have TDS value. How do I balance anions and cations?
In that case, we have leave other ions and have to consider only Na Cl. With two you can balance out
Does this have input for bacteria analysis?
No
Bacteria should be nil before feeding it into RO
@@WATERCAMPUS99 yes, but is there an input parameters for bacteria in the feed water tab?
useful information's thanks. Could you please share software download link?
I have shown it in video. Nevertheless, link to download is www.dupont.com/water/resources/design-software.html
How to balance cation anion
You have to finally balance it by NaCl
