a lot of the browser games i'm brave enough to try often fail at movement.. a 6dB lowpass filter is the same as linear interpolation, using coefficient w (2 * pi * freq / samplerate) you young devs should do a bit of audio to lern 1 dimensional dsp! buf += w * (new - buf); can smooth out your movement controls and "other things" and make them more natural. also, there are multiorder interpolants! and more efficient ways to contrive random values! my first game is 300kb 3d ragdolls with infinite procedural music and 2^32 procedural islands and characters. but you won't cover it.. :) bouncing beauties. i saw kbit's video and had this idea about second order mass-springs and now i get to be invisible. that physics game with the flying dragon jousting looks like fun but i'm not brave enough to download things and no one else plays it cover that :)
You can show longer gameplay instead of random cuts. So its clear what kind of game it is. Cus some of the footages are too short to even get interested. Its not tiktok, youtube likes longer vids.

You can easily see what the game is about from the gameplay. I don't know If you were expecting a full demo gameplay for each game. You could look up the games individually for that. I actually prefer that this showcase isn't longer than 20 minutes.
@@itchiogames This is super dismissive. Like he said, people won't look them up in the first place if they're not interested by the clips you pick. Aether Diving and Slot Waste don't even show gameplay. CHOCOLATE, Theorie Practique, and Terminal City don't show the main point of the game (Although two of them are because of the lower third, which should probably fade after a few seconds).
