Sub 19:00 for 5K in heavy rain for your debut race shows a lot of untapped potential no matter if your 21 or more than 41

Absolutely. Kiri and Richard have set the bar high, it will take a real strong effort to beat it.

A good video and a great idea to see what the new watches suggest and predict. Having that competitive element will be extra motivation, especially with it being documented and recorded. I'd have been tempted to take it a bit easier in the first run to lull the other runner into a false sense of security, and also show greater improvement at the end of the four weeks 😉

I know I can set up alert for lap, heart rate and pace but how can I set up alert for the stress feature???

Thanks for the video. Do you know if the new daily suggested workouts, showing what's to come over the next days/weeks will be updated onto the Forerunner 55?

      Hello,
The FR55 does have the suggested daily work out. However won't have the 7 day over view and race widget feature. Garmin believe they are doing quarterly updates, passing features down, however no plans currently for this to happen with the FR55.
Let us know if you have any more questions!

Interesting challenge though four weeks isn’t really that long, especially when the last 5-7 days will be the taper. See more gains in around 8-12 weeks.
