The institutions for young offenders were set up in the late 1800s, the first was established in the village of Borstal. Subsequently, all of the young offenders locations were called Borstals. They were abolished in 1982 and replaced with young offender institutions. 👍👍 awesome reaction buddy, really enjoyable

Dolly Bird - description of a really,really good looking/fit/model type girl but usually dizzy and with little intelligence/brains, hence Joe says to Linda he only used to go out with girls like that but now he doesn't care how ugly they are. I watched this first time around , it was as funny then as it is now! have you seen the inbetweeners? or plebs? or any of these george and mildred, rising damp , steptoe and son ... British comedy is the best
