Hi, That's the way a hull should be, I disliked both Yamato's hull from Tamiya, the old one in one piece with no hull plating because of undercuts probably impossible to mold, and the new one with that vertical seam that was visible in all the builds I saw. I built the old one and re-created the hull plates with layers of primer and masking, it worked and was not so hard to do but it would have been so much easier that way. The amount of parts is incredible. I love your videos👍
I was curious why you choose to use the white top glue & not the thin fast setting. I'm relatively new to modeling & I'm not sure what benefits that glue have.

１/350のビックスケールの船底の接着にガイアノーツのウオッシャーで接着すると
強力に溶かしますので頼りあります
隙間に筆で流し込んで使ってます
隙間があまり出来ませんので合わせ目消しに使ってます

Good Question,I was thinking the same thing.I have the original Hasegawa kit.
?? There's only one akagi... you mean what she looked like when pearl harbor was attacked vs her in Midway?
I think decals mostly, like the Japanese flag on the deck for example.
I have original kit,it"s have a stickers of the japan flag on the deck too....
Kaga was different between Pearl harbor and Midway instead of Akagi
