Its wrong! This implementation will take O(n^2) runtime. It is very unoptimized. Arrays are of fixed size, so if array a is of size 6, then you cannot assign a[6] (0-based index). You have to create a new array. It's not possible without creating a third array. Trust me, it is totally wrong! Please don't blindly follow what someone teaches you!
