    Ingredients:
    - 170 grams dried pasta
    - 1/2 bell pepper
    - 6 eggs
    - 1 small onion
    - 3 cloves garlic
    - 3 tablespoons minced parsley and coriander(optional)
    - 150 grams vegetarian sausage
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper, turmeric, ras el hanout, curry powder, and paprika powder( replace with your own favorite spice)
    - 4 to 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
    Instructions:
    1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    2. Grate the onion and bell pepper using a grater and squeeze out any excess water from the grated vegetable.
    3. Grate the vegetarian sausage.
    4. Mince the garlic cloves.
    5. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together.
    6. Add the grated onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, minced parsley and coriander, grated sausage, salt, black pepper, turmeric, ras el hanout, curry powder, and paprika powder to the eggs. Mix well to combine.
    7. Add the cooked pasta to the egg mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
    8. Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    9. Pour the egg and pasta mixture into the skillet, spreading it out evenly.
    10. Cook the frittata for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
    11. Carefully flip the frittata using a spatula and big plate and cook for another 3-5 minutes on the other side, or until cooked through.
    12. Cover the skillet with a lid during cooking to help cook the frittata evenly and ensure the center is fully cooked.
    13. Once cooked, remove the frittata from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
