You can use spf -50 one and use an good moisturizer before applying sunscreen to avoid dryness...only if you use medical sunscreen then only it should be applied before moisturizer.

Dekho lotus spf 30 is cream based and spf 40 has tint , to agar tume sirf sunscreen chaiye to ap spf 30 le sakti ho its better . And agar normal to dry skin hai to spf 50 b le sakti ho wo gel based hai usme white cast ka chance h nai , ha usse pehle ek acha moisturiser laga lena

Go for spf 50 matte gel as it is matte in nature so you will be able to buildup your foundation but primer has different role it act as base and reduce pores.. so its good to use primer before foundation

The amount is not that much to make your skin dark but still if you have a very very sensitive skin then you can go for patch test for few days then apply on face
