This isn't Call of Duty. The bullets don't come outside ways like they do over there. The bullets go where the barrel is pointed. They do not go to the left. They do not go to the right they do not go up, they do not go down, they go where it is pointed.
They should have kept aug as shop item only worth maybe 50 tokens or higher without nerfing the bullet velocity and recoil. It would have been fun (for me ofcourse) and for those who think aug as a special weapon.
maybe im wrong but aug's firing sound feels less smooth compared to m4, maybe that does something cuz when im playing without sound, i can control akm and m7 better.
I notice my scope bounces more with Aug than full attachment m4. I trade Aug for my ump, .45 is hard to find in mid to late circles by 5’s are everywhere.
Hey Zendex i think sounds play a very major role in how u play the game. the sound of m416 is way better than that of AUG and also is quite satisfying as well. So, can U check it by editing the sound of AUG with M416 and test it out it would definitely replace M416. I Hope this helps
Thing is (maybe its my option)but m416 both reload and shooting sound is much more satisfying. Also giving M4 a rifle stock can mitigate some of the weaknesses. Aug has slower reloading meaning it is not as good for players who like to use bolt action rifles. Idk just what I think
@janitorC G36C feels easier to use than m4 , atleast for me , also more than half the player base doesn't play vikendi cause TenCent keeps giving all the events for erangle and livik only , They themselves have made erangle the primary classic map .
Most people require a gun that is an all rounder which the m416 is. In extremely close ranges like inside a building the aug's dps is king but at a distance exceeding around 30/40m the aug begins to show its vertical recoil but is manageable easily. At longer distances of about 70 80m the vertical recoil is considerably greater than the m4. Even when shooting single taps the time to target of the reticle is greater than with the m4. It kicks higher and is harder to manage. For the casual player the m4 is definitely better than the aug but if you can mitigate that vertical recoil then boy is the aug a dangerous opponent at any range.
2 months later and i always use aug over m4 at first i used m4 over aug if i would run some cqc weapons and aug if i used a sniper now i think aug just works about as good when prone and normally im not prone its reload isnt too bad but can be a problem but thats why il either run a shotgun or ace/m762 secondary i want some aug skins now ahaha the fire rate unlike famas isnt too high so sprays still do really well but i have seen times where i will beam someone so fast if you wanna use m4 use it personally it comes down to what weapon you know more but for me i use aug every game sometimes il beat umps and even 762 weapons in cqc with aug but its not better than those it can work on a switch saving your life

Used to hog the m4. Absolutely loved it, but recently i started feeling that the AUG was better, not statistically because I never looked up any numbers or gun comparisons, instead I just felt like I playex better with it. Now I switch the M4 out for the AUG whenever I get the chance

My weapon of choice is the Vector as mostly I like close combat or long distance(sniper weapon for that). I find the Aug and the M416 to be useless for either and usually get me killed.
snipers are useless for long range compared to weapons like DP, M4, aug, scarL if u can control their recoil. u cannot kill a level 3 armored enemy with m24 or kar98, the more commonly fond snipers, but uc an with these rifels. i always, and always use sniper simply cuz i like it, its not better than assault rifles with low recoil.

I am not sure IF it's me, but from 100 meters the connectivity-n-recoil of AUG feels weird where for m416/scarl it's on point-n-consistent.

I usually use M4 for long distance sprays, because of M4 slower fire rate I think it's easier to control the recoil in comparison to Aug.
