Beautifull Neighborhoods Stunning Landscapes and Houses just 1 bad things Contractors please stop building Houses so close together like why it's 2023 I wish they would stop doing this give each house space and yard in case of a fire 🔥or just for families privacy u can literally touch your neighbors house if you stick your head out the window in your house that's crazy. What do you think will make it go down if interest rates is this high and people who can afford to still buy? This is not 2008. Remeber there is over 360million people in america. People who are buying can actually afford it, unlike in 2008. I am buying my 3rd home as we speak if dallas is too expensive. Houston is a good alternative.
