Curious what are firefly’s image sources… probably everything available in Adobe Stock (Fotolia) ? Which brings up more questions: Does Adobe ask or get any permission from the original authors? Is it possible to exclude uploaded material from being used by the algorithms?

You guys are missing the mark...born in 95 and used thesaurus', encyclopedias, and loaded floppy drives....ai can dramatically help where you are short....you just have to spend the time to learn it like it was art or, you'll be left behind.

the fragile egos of "artists" knows to bounds. Davinci would have called photography cheating. Michelangelo would have said Digital Sculpting wasn't real talent. New tools are just that. The future of artists is becoming Art Directors. its just how it is. There will always be traditional artists, we're born with the drive. Whether you get money or fame for it will be as subjective as it is today in an already saturated market. No ones telling you to use Ai to do your work. for me personally, I dont see the point in wasting my time on something for days, months, years, that could arguably be done in seconds with precise if not better detail. Itll boil down to how lazy you are. If you make something in a second its not going to have much weight. but if you structure it, take your time telling a story, itll stand out and A.i. will be an invaluable tool to you.

A Real Artist knows how to take criticism without paying too much attention to the Cynical Nihilist but still give them the curtesy of seeing if their opinion has any value. It might. As has your opinion, even though I think you meant it to cause harm in some fashion. In fact, your attack on the digital is understood although only partially correct. There are those of us that still sculpt with clay, wood and stone. Draw and paint with actual utensils on paper and canvas. Believe in drafting skills and Calligraphy as must have tools in their arsenal. You can be no better than the people you surround yourself, mostly,.. and you can be no better an artist than the tools you choose to become proficient using but,.. by all means,.. try ALL of the tools to fit your creative fancy. use remove tool, generative fill, and hair brushes. Phlearn has a great beard brush thats free on their channel from a vid prob from a decade ago.
