hope you enjoyed today’s video! I really hope advice can become better tailored toward everyone with CF - not just for those who feel ‘too small’. As everyone’s experience is valid, & deserves to be heard x
LOVED THIS VIDEO!! You're actually such a QUEEN and I LOVE how you addressed this topic in such a sensitive and raw and real way, like YES women have bellies, and YES being healthy is more important than being skinny and sometimes we need to be reminded of that!! Literally feel like this video boosted my own body positivity, it was so so insightful - WELL DONE xxxx
Aww Hatty 😭😭 thank you so so much!!!!!! That’s so lovely of you omg ❤️ Yesss exactly!! It’s so easy to forget & just feel like a yucky blob, when we are all beautiful 🥰 x x
Wow!! This video is what a lot of people need to hear - whether they too have a chronic illness or eating disorder etc... I can’t wait to see your journey on achieving and maintaining your personal ideal / healthy weight 😍 hopefully you’ll video or vlog it?😉
Aw thank you so much Krysia !!! For sure - it really doesn’t matter if you have a chronic illness or not, so many people go through struggles with weight of some kind 🥰 eeee thank you! I have a video in the works as we speak 🤪 x x
This is so, so good. Thank you for bringing light to this topic, and for doing it in such a mindful and honest way. Your content is so great, babe! I could listen to you talk for hours. 💕
Another really good video! I hope it finds its way to those that need it! Thankfully, I never really struggled with body image, ha ha, cause I could've had some problems when weighing 24kg or at the other end 63kg, ha ha ha! My main problem has always been aiming for a weight that allows me to 'function', i.e. too much and I'm too tired to function, as well as too skinny and I don't have enough energy... All the best =) GBY
an answer: no! We can still exercise, lift weights same as everyone else. However as CF is a lung condition, it can make exercise that bit more difficult due to breathlessness, coughing, pain, fatigue. We may need regular breaks, & shorter activity time, but it will ofc vary depending on your health specifics!

A Question: Does CF stop you from working out or lifting weights?

However as CF is a lung condition, it can make exercise that bit more difficult due to breathlessness, coughing, pain, fatigue. We may need regular breaks, & shorter activity time, but it will ofc vary depending on your health specifics!
@@gingerels But you personally, would there be anything stopping you from lifting weights?
@@Tara19040 I mean other than having to shield for the last year (almost) no! Why?
@@gingerels Was just wondering! Thanks very much! Really enjoyed the video.
@@Tara19040 that’s ok! thanks :)
